Probably the first and last time I’ll go here. While the food tasted fine, I can’t comprehend why you would go somewhere and pay a premium for a very lacking amount of food. For athe same price, even cheaper maybe at Chipotle, you can get 2.5 times the amount of food.

So it’s.. not that great. And for $30 we got 2 drinks, a half filled bag of chips (the cheapest easiest thing to give lots of), a 3 oz queso, one small salad and one small bowl. If you’re from Texas or somewhere that has lots of burrito places unfortunately this is not like a place like that. It’s not Freebirds. The quality is really low. The best part about our meal was I had Coke zero and also mellow yello was available as a rare option. The workers are pretty clueless. The have have salsa verde on their menu board. the guy didn’t know what it was. Really disappointing.

Asked for beans and no rice in online order and they did the opposite. I hate rice but am not driving 40 minutes round trip to fix. also guac has no flavor – no garlic, no onion, no lime, no spice…just mashed avocado . Everything else in the bowl was delicious though

Having been to the first-ever pancheros and rarely visiting, I was reminded again why I don’t come here. Every single time! It feels like you’re doing the business a favor instead of being a guest. The meager servings of toppings haplessly a quiet suggestion…the sauces soaking through a single layer of raw tortilla dough. Now my sleeve is soaked with taco juice and I get to visit the dry cleaners. Honestly—I felt so uncomfortable that I was bothering the employees to add a little more to my meal. Bye pancheros, won’t miss you.

We LOVED this place when they opened. Had it weekly. Great portions, didn’t skimp on bowls like other places. Much better food all the way around. Food has gone way down hill. Got about half the amount of food in the bowls than in the past. Last time something about it just tasted off too. So little rice that my bowl was like a soup. I’m hesitant to try again. It was nice while it lasted. Now you are just losing loyal customers….

We used to love it here. It’s taken a severe slide. Portions are smaller every time but the price keeps going up. It seems that when an ingredient is running low, they just put less on your order rather than getting a fresh pan. Tonight it was the rice. Additionally the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Pancheros used to be our Friday night go-to.

Overall low quality. Service made me feel wholly unwelcome, food was in small portions and somewhat cold… go somewhere else

They make the tortillas fresh to order and they mix the insides of the burritos and they really give you a ton of carnitas.

My family and I had pancheros for the first time last night and were pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the food! The burritos are very large and super tasty! They took a little longer than the time I put in for pick up at, but not much, (and I was picking up right at the diner rush)!

Ordered a bowl with lettuce in it. The lettuce was brown and some was even moldy. I brought it back to the counter to show the manager. He gave me a new bowl, but continued to serve customers from the same bin of moldy lettuce.
