Great place to come and eat! The environment is always really great! Always quick at making the food and the food is good. But could learn a little bit better how to wrap the burritos. I know there is potential here at this place because the workers are hard working.

First time going here and went with coworkers, we did go during the lunch rush but I felt like the staff had all started for the first time because they seemed to be rush-panicking through serving everyone more than a normal fast food atmosphere. Food was edible but I didn’t like the flavor so much. I will not be returning to pancheros for my Mexican fix. Qdoba is way better.

Staff isn’t the nicest, can’t believe management lets them wear headphones while on the line, and watched the manager help customers by ringing up each individual order and then roll a burrito and then ring up the next customer. never saw him change his gloves which is gross.

Just go to the North location. Most of the time the food is cold, employees are always in the back. You get to wait five minutes to order when you’re the only one in line. Not to mention the fountain pop machine was like playing Russian roulette on which one would come out as the actual product and not water. And the lobby is always dirty, it’s easier to find a dirty table vs a clean one.

I think it’s important for team members working there to remember that the business has a bathroom that needs to be checked for cleanliness. When there are no customers waiting to be served, someone should be checking this. The toilet, floor and sink, all look liked there was an all night, New Years eve party in there. The toilet had feces all around it and on the seat, and someone gave it a shower. Food was great, service was good and dining room needed attention, however, was not bad.

Took about 20 minutes to get through a line of 2 people. I dont mind a small wait for quality food but that was cold also. They were practically out of the salsa I requested. When I got to the end of the line I found that half of their fountain pop was down. Last thing I discovered is that they were almost out of all utensils. The ones they did have appeared to be washed poorly and already used. Very disgusting. It’s been a while since I’ve had this bad of an experience at a pancheros.
