We stopped in about an hour prior to closing on a Sunday night. The employee was very noticeably upset that we came in and ordered food. The other employee that night had made it very clear that she did not like her coworker. The food was not very warm and the queso was bottom of the pan and very, VERY disgusting. I wouldn’t waste my money at this location again.

This was my first experience with Pancheros and I won’t be going back. The food wasn’t appealing. Cilantro rice was over cooked & mushy, as well as bland. The chicken appeared to be cooked just fine but oddly had a burnt flavor. I don’t know if they didn’t clean the grill well or what happened but it tasted burnt. Ordering on the website was smooth and food was ready when I arrived. No problems there. The worker was ok, but not much of a welcoming attitude. If it wasn’t for the off flavors of the food itself, I would give it another try, but based on my experience, I won’t be back.

Came in because I had a half birthday 50% off coupon in my app. Said not to click redeem until I was in the restaurant. When I entered I clicked redeem. It had a 10 minute expiration, there were 2 people in front of me. The line went virtually unmoved, making my coupon exipre while waiting. There was no steak meat prepared for this lunch hour rush, instead, the people sere continuing to prepare chicken, which there was already a full bin of. Had to wait for my steak to be cut, which was cut by a gentleman who seemed to act like he had never touched a knife in his life. The employees showed less enthusiam than sloths working at the DMV and no ambition in actually serving the customer.

The dude working I think his name was Anthony was probably one of the worst employees I’ve experienced at a pancheros, he messed up my tortilla and instead of restarting he just adds another tortilla onto it, then he half scooped all my ingredients, then he tries to roll it and the double tortilla rips somehow and now he starts making another tortilla, it gets messed up he adds another ball of dough, then wraps my burrito in that. So now I basically am looking at a wad of dough, 4 tortillas and barely any ingredients, then on top of that he refused to give me a bowl to dump my ingredients out of the dough ball into. He didn’t have a problem giving my girlfriend an extra bowl tho lol

Terrible people, stood there at the counter wanting to order a burrito and 2 quesadillas while 3 others stood talking, cussing, drinking soda, texting, not washing hands. The one guy wanted to take break so told someone else to take my order, no ambition to take my order at all. Asked if someone wanted to take my order. Didn’t know if this place was in business or more into a conversation, the staff reply was “don’t rush us, we were in a work conversation”

Overall, aggressively unwhelming. My tortilla was undercooked and the meat wasn’t very warm. Napkins almost out, soda machine looked really nasty and not filled up. The kitchen looked messy. There were 4 staff and it wasn’t even busy. They looked and acted like they didn’t even want to be there. Wished I would have looked for a Chipotle.
