Food is typically always great. Sometimes I feel on delivery the food is not out together as well or it has been missing the meat of all things. Service is great when there. I have had twice now where I pick delivery on the app and my food did not show up. The email said pickup instead of delivery. I think if the app can communicate better between patron and business, this business will be top notch! The queso is my favorite!

This is my favorite Poncheros location! The consistency of burrito quality continues to be the best. Hot food, correct orders, and a perfectly wrapped burrito are always found here. If you’ve never been to a Poncheros before, give the blue corn chips and queso a try. Your taste buds will thank you!

This Pancheros is an absolute MESS. It’s very obvious that the ownership and management have stopped caring about the service and cleanliness that they provide customers. The staff was unfriendly, rude and unsanitary. The guy taking payments and handling cash was the same guy folding burritos…That’s a massive health hazard. The staff was also too lazy to grab burrito dough and was putting three taco dough balls together to make burritos and this just turned out to make the worst burritos of all time. The oblong shaped burritos would tear and stick to the dough presser and the staff would just throw the messed up dough on the ground. It took them three times to make one of these horribly shaped burritos and the rest of the dough they messed up on just went on the ground or half in the trash.

We have grown up eating pancheros, even eaten at the first pancheros in Iowa city, so maybe jaded a bit for how we believe Pancheros should be. We just felt the burritos were like an odd shaped ball and they didn’t ask to “bob” my wife’s burrito and mix it up. So everything was just layered oddly and as stated just rolled into a ball shape. Maybe with some minor retraining of staff it could be fixed. Just a little disappointing as we don’t get to Fargo much after moving back to the midwest this last year and was hoping to hit this place up more. We’ll try it again sometime and hopefully they make sure staff is executing the brand correctly as growing up it was a favorite and even living in Southern California for a decade, we still missed it for having a great product

The staff was very rude and curt, clearly they weren’t interested in serving customers. The lady ringing me up shoved my burrito in my face saying a rude, “Here” with a scowl instead of a kind “enjoy your meal” or “would you like anything else?” Also, the rice wasn’t fully cooked and the meat looked unappealing. But the worst was that there wasn’t a single clean table in the place. After searching for a table that wasn’t full of smears, crumbs and food morsels and not finding one, I asked for a washcloth to wipe down a table. You’d think this would be a cue for them to clean off tables. Nope. I cleaned off my own table and the other tables never got cleaned while we were there. The garbages were overflowing too. The place wasn’t busy and when there were no customers at the counter, the workers just stood around. Their unwillingness to take care of the place for customers is incomprehensible. I’ll never return to this location.

Plenty of parking, fast/friendly service, and delightfully more enjoyable than Chipotle. The quesadillas were tasty and the softshell tacos were also savory and surprisingly low cost (only $6.–!). Me and my two young sons like this spot as a quick stop in the middle of running errands!

I usually love this place and the food but the last few times the employees have acted like they were annoyed they had to help me. It’s seems very unorganized and messy. It took me 15 minutes to order and pay. They ran out of pork so she had to go to the back to get more. She sends a different employee up front with a wire masher with pork on it to throw on my tacos. I had to ask 5 times for a side of rice. They had a mess up quesadilla sitting on the counter that was put there right when I got there and instead of grabbing the quesadilla on the grill the first girl made me she was going to give me the mess up quesadilla that she had opened and looked at to see what it was and that had been sitting there for 15 minutes. She seemed upset that I wanted the fresh one on the grill and not the mess up on the counter. I had tacos, quesadilla, large soda, and 3 sides of sauces and was not offered or given a bag. The soda machine was out of ice. The counter tops were very dirty. This whole experience makes me sad cause I have always loved this place but this time was just a mess. I don’t like walking into a place of business where I’m spending my money and feeling like I’m a burden.

This location is usually super friendly and good about portions but my experience today was not great. The girl who walked me through gave me half scoops of everything and didn’t have a great demeanor. I am usually able to get two meals out of a bowl but wasn’t even filled by what I was given. The picture is without even taking a bite. Disappointed and won’t be returning for a while.

I’ve eaten here before and the food is excellent, this is in par with the other major Mexican grill, burrito, bowl kind of places. The one thing that this and the other places have in common is LACK of CLEANLINESS. Im sitting in the dining room, they have 4 people behind the line, no customers for them to service and ALL of the tables and chairs are dirty. I had to use my own wipes to clean a spot. Absolutely horrible for the price of the food.

Food is hella good, but they need to change their mop heads. U can smell it inside the restaurant. I know what dirty mops smell like. Other than that the food is good. Hard to enjoy when it stinks inside.
