Would give it 0 starts if i could. We had called them for a catering oder for my daughters birthday. Spoke to the owner who took the order. I called to confirm a week before and was assured they had it. The day of went to pick it up and the order was never given to the employees. The people working there did not even know english to even help. They gave the number of the owner that never picked up the phone that day. Never even called back to say sorry or anything. I used to like this place but will never give them my business again. STAY AWAY FOR CATERING ORDERS. Thank god we were able to order pizza.

Do not ever order delivery from these people unless you like waiting over an hour for a single quesadilla + chips & guac. I ordered delivery because it had a 7:43 estimated delivery time. If you guys were going to hand me cold food at 8:15+ I would have gone somewhere else.

Go to Chipotle across the street. You get larger portions at Chipotle for less. If the portions we’re 90% of Chipotle’s at Pancheros, I’d be more than willing to spend a few extra bucks to support a local business. Instead of a large corporation in Chipotle. But not if the portions are 60% of Chipotle’s. I would come weekly if things changed. I’ve been 4 times to give Pancheros a chance. The Chicken portions are laughable, especially the extra meat portions you pay extra for. I understand it’s hard to run a small business in today’s world. But it feels cheap for what they charge. Hopefully things change! Would love to support a local business!

Food was okay. Service was lacking, it felt like I was just bothering them ordering. They don’t have a kids menu which is fine but the girl was rude when I asked for a second bowl to scoop some out for my toddler. I’ve been in twice and probably won’t come back. Chipotle has better meat and better service.

Pre Covid this place was awesome. Everything was fresh, portions were good and service was quick. The past few times we have ordered from here over the last few months has been disappointing to say the least. The service remains quick but not only have the prices increased, but at the same time the portions also decreased. I can accept one or the other but BOTH? That just seems unreasonable. The bag they used to give of chips with a side was a branded brown bag with their logo on it filled with the appropriate amount of tortilla chips for the amount of the side. The new white bag of chips is significantly smaller and there was literally only 10 tortilla chips in there. What am I supposed to do with all this dip left? Eat it with a spoon? My burrito bowl was ordered with the fajita vegetables (peppers and onions)and there was two slivers of pepper and one sliver of onion. Come on! I also ordered and paid for extra chicken, but the amount of chicken on my burrito was not any more than my wife’s burrito which was not ordered with extra chicken. Flavor is still good, but if you order here, make sure you have more tortilla chips in your pantry and don’t opt for more meat (you will pay for it but not get it).

I dined here before covid and had a decent burrito. However this time I had 2 chicken tacos and the meat was super salty, they did not have cheese,lettuce, on topping bar and toppings were not fresh. It was 12 dollars and I did not get a drink. I will not recommend this place and will not return.
