I love pancheros it’s my favorite restaurant so it sucks when I have to drive 15 minutes extra to get it just to avoid going to the one closest to me. The grimes location is dirty and awful customer service. I asked for a double wrapped burrito and immediately the worker started being loud and obnoxious about how much he hates when people ask for two tortillas. I ignored the comment and finished my order thinking that it was fine but when I got to my car I saw that there was only 1 tortilla. I understand some parts of a job may be annoying but that’s no reason to be rude and not do your job.

Food was almost unservable. Meat was way over cooked tasted like charcoal. Beans smelled like burnt rubber. I ordered online. My pick up time was four minutes after I place the order. I came 10 minutes after I placed the order in my order still wasn’t made the store was not busy at all. I ordered Carnitas and apparently they were out? I’m not really sure how that could be possible considering no one bad.

If I could give this place no stars I would . This is by FAR the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. First the place was disgusting I was appalled. Both of the cashiers and people making our food seemed super high. She continued to mumble and speak incoherently after I asked her to speak up multiple times. Neither me or my fiance could hear her. On top of that when my fiance said he wanted more than meat and cheese on the quesadilla she said yeah okay and then wrapped it up anyway. While waiting for her to finish our order we watched her swipe some rice, queso, beans and other toppings that fell out of another customer’s burrito into the mexican street corn. THIS COULD BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FOR SOMEONE ALLERGIC TO BEANS OR ANYTHING ELSE THATS NOT NATURALLY IN MEXICAN STREET CORN. My fiance finally gets his half made quesdilla and it’s all meat no cheese. We pulled it apart and there was no cheese at all in his quesdilla just meat. This was out first time there when we told the lady working there that she said oh okay and didn’t bother to offer to introduce us to pancheros.

Food was good, but had to wait a few minutes to get my burrito rewrapped because the guy wrapping it was going way to fast and ripped it, as did the customer ahead of me, as did the customer in front of them; which had already caused delay to get my order started. Slow and steady wins the race. Walk in cooler door was propped open for some reason, meaning food in there may not be down to temp, which could cause it to spoil. Make the drive to the 86th Street Pancheros if possible, they are much better.

We ordered food to pick up online. We showed up at the time we chose which was over 30 minutes after the order. Workers were standing outside. They said they could not make our order because they were out of everything. This has been the worst Pancheros I have dealt with. We have tried this location several times hoping it would get better. We are from the service industry so we have realistic expectations.

We went around lunch time on a Wednesday. It wasn’t busy when we got there and we were helped right away and our food was correct. The food however is very mediocre. Not much flavoring, tastes watered down. My husband got a chicken burrito with mild salsa, pico de gallo and sour cream and said he barely tasted any salsa and the main flavor of the whole burrito was sour cream. I got a carnitas salad the texture of the meat was good, but once again tasted watered down. The veggies had no flavor at all and my “salad” hardly had any lettuce. I got queso and chips and the queso just tasted like cheap queso from the grocery store. Also there is no kids menu and a cheese quesadilla is almost $6 – which does not seem worth it for just cheese and a tortilla?

I don’t know what kind of idiots you have working here but they need to be retrained on the serving sizes and running the cash register. I was charged for two meals when i just got a bowl. I ended up paying 18 dollars for a half full bowl thanks a lot guys do better

Ordered online and went to pick up and when we opened our food one of the burritos looked like it was cut in half, there was no extra meat in the ones that were ordered with extra meat and one of the bowls had no shrimp when we ordered extra shrimp. Also got chips and queso, received the chips, no queso. Tried calling 4 different times and there was no answer. Staff needs retrained.

We went into pancheros ( at this location) and was ordering our food. We got to the chicken and he goes were out, not polite or anything just said were out and i said ok thats fine. Then we got to the queso and he goes we’re out, not nice or anything and didnt even offer to make more. Worst experience i have ever had a Pancheros. 1 star rating.
