The manager Luoiś was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever experienced work in Food Service. He was ignorant to all the guest in line. There where 2 individuals in front of me trying to use a coupon or app, something was not going thru so he was holding their food back, understandable. I was trying to pay with a cc which was not going thru we assumed their system was down, so my wife was grabbing cash to pay, he starts yelling at my wife to give him her card, as said, that’s really poor guest service to which he replied, we are busy and have many locations and laughed, now the girl behind me is asking about a buy one get one offer on the app, he told her they where too busy to honor the coupon.

Employees like to play games with your food. I accidentally ordered tacos without anything in it (just shells) on the website. They called and made it seem like it was a horrible thing I had done, but offered to make it how I wanted, which was great. When I picked up my food, there was two taco shells but only one had any contents in it. The cashier thought it was funny. There are plenty other places in the area the offer similar food without being rude.

There was a time when people chose Pancheros over Chipotle in the South Jersey area. But times have changed and this place and company has gone downhill. The incentive to eat here before was the cheaper prices – but now they charge you more and give you very little portions. It makes more sense to eat at Chipotle for the value. On top of that, I have never had a pleasant experience with any of their workers. Sad to see what is happening to this once wonderful establishment that was doing well during the pandemic.

About the same price as Chipotle but I don’t think it’s as good and freshly cooked I also went in really late so that could of had something to do with it.thanks. would love to try you guys when you first open!! Stopped in for lunch with my son. We both got quesadillas, chicken for him and pork for me. Both pretty good. My favorite thing is the queso and chips! We also got salsa, pico, guacamole and sour cream to go along with the chips. Our lunch was a bit pricey but we did get a lot of items, as well as 2 sodas. Was very quiet, but a lot of people were picking up to go orders. They are practicing social distancing with the tables. Overall I like the food.

So we did delivery. While I didn’t expect the food to be hot when it got here, I didn’t expect it to be cold either. I ordered steak quesadillas and half of it had steak and the other was all cheese. No sour cream or salsa in the bag either. My husband ordered a bowl and he thought his was OK.
