I’ve had carry out a couple times. Love the burritos. It’s not like Qdoba where you only get a couple ingredients in each bite. You actually get a little bit of everything. Also, they have the blue corn tortilla chips…my favorite. We also had like a bowl “bar” type thing for work twice. Included everything we could need or want. You can’t go wrong with the chicken or steak. Both are great.

I love Mexican food and I usually go for the bowl or the burrito. For the first time I decided to try the tacos at this restaurant. The workers are amateurs and definitely need more training. I hope they learn soon or they’ll definitely be losing a lot of customers. No complaints regarding their bowls though. Overall I would still recommend this place. Just don’t order the tacos anytime soon.

Was not prepped prior to opening. No tea. I was told to press the button for tea I selected. I already did but did it again to show it was only water. Sauce bottles next to forks etc. at the counter were all either empty or less than half full. Floor was dirty. Some seats were littered with food bits. Way overpriced. Sides of rice and beans were minuscule and bland. Won’t be back

Comfort food made with love! If you are looking for a place to eat that taste like abuela’s cooking Pancheros is the place to go!! My husband and I have been looking for a place where we can eat & order-to-go. It’s a challenge now days ordering food at a restaurant where it feels safe. Pancheros is a safe hygienic space, all of the employees wear facial masks & gloves when preparing your food. In addition to delicious food being prepared with care all of the employees are so nice. The customer service is truly amazing & from the time you walk in to the time you leave it feels like being family & friends!

Their salad is not the best choice here. Ordered their chicken salad with toppings. Meh. Their salad bowl is smaller than Chipotle. The amount of chicken in salad is least than normal. For extra chicken, they charge more. I am disappointed they used shredded lettuce for salad. I wish they would use salad mix. I’m sure their popular orders are burritos and bowls so that makes sense to have shredded lettuce available. The service is good so far.

The food left a lot to be desired. First order, rice was dry and hard. Went back to get a replacement and they were already bringing out a whole new pan so I think they new it was old. Even the new didn’t tast food but the employees were nice.
