My spouse and I stopped in last night for supper and it will be the last at this location. The restaurant was not terribly busy. The black beans in my burrito were burnt and ruined the flavor of the burrito. The pop machine was out of ice. When I brought it to the female’s attention she replied that she knew and didn’t have time to get more ice.

African Americans servers made racist comments on the food and about my persona. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Fire them all, they are clearly taking advantage of a kid they have working on the line with them. Horrible place, stay away plus dirty and call OSHA on them. Plus “ the store managers did not order utensils” they do not serve at all.

My partner ordered off their app the other night and they waited nearly an hour just to have them cancel the order 10 minutes before it was to be delivered and they double charged. One charge went through and still no food. Called store and they can’t do anything because it’s online through their app… Never ordering again! Corporate is going to love hearing from me.

The most disgusting Pancheros I have ever eaten at. I wish I would turned around and left- they were out of more than one item and what they were serving was questionable at best (my veggies weren’t cooked, for sure). The employees were acting odd, taking orders for four people at a time. The bathrooms were awful, no towels or toilet paper and dirty. No hot sauce available and someone said the soda machine didn’t work.

Normally I don’t have an issue with this location but tonight was ridiculous the works were rude and making faces when people said what they wanted on their food, our burritos weren’t rolled right, the food was burnt and the tortilla was hard then charged us for extra when only one burrito had the extra on it so when we said something the guy just walked away and the same lady that made the faces gave us a dirty look. Probably won’t come back to this location.

My burrito had charcoal bits from the grill and tasted really bad. People have said they are very dirty and I believe them. Never coming back here again for the sake of my health. Going to Estellas or Chipotle if I want a burrito next time. Absolutely disgusting!

The staff have no bosses and when the boss showed up he had the staff stop making food orders and make him something to eat first not kool .the staff said they ran out of dough and it was only 8:30pm on a Friday night. That shouldn’t happen.

My husband and I waited close to 10 min to place an order. Long enough to notice the staff with their hair dangling in the food, and touching their hair while using the same gloves to prepare food. We left!

Ordered 2 quesadillas and a burrito for takeout, because my wife needed something to eat after giving birth to our second son. My wife took her first bite of her quesadilla and started crying.. Her first bite of food after 17 hours of labor and there was absolutely nothing in it!!! 2 whole pieces of her quesadilla with NOTHING inside. The half that did have food inside, wasn’t even what we ordered! Also ordered 3 things of queso for about $6 that we didn’t receive. Tried to call the store 25 minutes before they closed to get our money back and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Thanks for spitting in my face after I left you guys a generous tip on a takeout order, Pancheros. We will not be back!
