Stopped in for the first time tonight on vacation, the staff was super sweet explaining the menu to my 9 year old and helping me with a coupon that was being difficult. Our food was so fresh and tasted great. I just wish we had a location closer to home!

The handmade tortillas are definitely the reason why I would come back! But other than that the food was alright and the choices are pretty basic. I got a carnitas which were actually really good! I just wish there were a few more options on meats or toppings.

Please be careful! My wife had a noon lunch there today (6/19/23) and became violently ill by 4:30pm. She had a bowl with white rice, chicken, black beans, corn, mild salsa and cheese. I called to report it but the young lady who took the information did not seem to be worried, and it didn’t seem like she knew what to do about it. She offered a fairly bland at the end of the call. She said she would give the info to the general manager TOMORROW MORNING! Yikes!

Pancheros is essentially the vibes of a Chipotle or Qdoba so don’t assume it is going to have a wow factor. What is the wow factor is the food. Their burrito tortillas are made fresh as they are in a dough ball and then pressed down to form your tortilla which is then placed on the grill for further cooking so it comes fresh. Once you get your toppings in the burrito like you would at a Chipotle or Qdoba then it is time to eat. It is a step above those places and just as convenient. For fast eats, definitely recommend.
