The burritos are so good- especially the freshly made tortilla. I can tell the staff are working their butts off and that it’s been busier than they expected as a new restaurant. I’ve been back twice cuz it’s delicious. I am sure they will find their flow as they are open longer – just be patient and enjoy the time to check your phone while you wait!

Was in Stillwater for a Hockey Tournament and decided to give Pancberos a try on Friday. It was busy and they seemed to be under staffed. I ordered the Chicken bowl. Food was good and seemed like a small quantity with a high price.

I went to Pancheros to try a burrito. People have been raving about how good the burritos were and honestly it tasted like trash. They didn’t put enough stuff into my burrito for how much it cost. 9.15 for a burrito??? That’s crazy!!! Way too overpriced for a burrito. And I also got chips and queso as well, 1.25 for it? For a little bag of chips that doesn’t even have chips in it? while giving me this big thing of queso. There was a lady who I was assuming was the manager and she seemed like she was stressed and got annoyed with the other employees who were all teenagers. This location needs to do better and step up their game!!!

Terrible. I got a bowl, a burrito and some quesadillas. Everything was stomach churning. Chicken had a sour aftertaste, rice tasted eerily similar to those ’60 sec’ rice… I mean I am almost certain that’s what it was. It was supposed to be cilantro lime rice and it was bland, like water. Roasted corn was bland. Terrible. I would not recommend. You could do better making it yourself.

Tasted sour and my husband said the rice tasted like minute rice. The flavors did not mesh well together. We tried a burrito a bowl and the quesadilla. Will not buy again. Chipotle tastes way better

I arrived at 11 am and I was told that the grill was not ready yet and I would have to wait 10 minutes for a burrito. I took a seat and waited, expecting to be called when the grill was ready. Instead I watched as the staff began making a burrito for another customer while I took a spot at the back of the line. When I mentioned this to staff, there was no apology. I left hungry.
