Pancheros closes at 9:00. Got here around 8:30 ok and lights were off and the girl said they threw out all the food already. Every night my boyfriend and I take our lunch/dinner break around this time and they are rude and have nasty attitudes. Talking underneath their breath as soon as we walk in the door. Terrible customer service ! And I’m extremely disappointed tonight not getting our dinner/lunch on our break.

I’m not sure what the point of having an app that allows you to place orders and choose your pickup time when they make no attempt to honor that pick up time. 5 to 10 minutes past, I can deal with. Order for pickup at 6:00 and my husband has been waiting there since 6:00 and they’re only just now at 6:30 starting to make our food. This is ridiculous, and unacceptable.

They took $499 of my money for a catered wedding rehearsal and never made the food. We ended up having to order big y pizzas for 40 people instead and also change the venue because of the lost time. The manager and the owner felt no remorse for doing it. Do not trust this location. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This location is horrible, they hardly give you any meat and when you ask for more they put three more pieces of chicken and charge you for double meat. I’ve been to other locations where the employees and food was 10x better. The lady working was beyond rude and I hope other people tell them how they really feel.
