Absolutely awful! There was hair on the counter behind the glass, a half inch away from the salsa! They charged me extra for food I didn’t want (besides hair) and didn’t put what I actually wanted on my burrito. They didn’t refund me for the extras. They gave me the lettuce and salsa they didn’t put on the burrito in wasteful plastic. And what a frustrating mess to try to open that thing and make it right myself. Taco Bell is so much better!

It was our first time eating at Pancheros and it was phenomenal! The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and patient with us. (We came in with a group of kids) We will absolutely be eating here again next time we find ourselves in the NJ area! Btw, burritos were HUGE! This place is by far the best “Mexican Grill”restaurant, hands down. My family and I literally eat here more than 4x per month since they have opened so this review carries some weight. Their burritos are huge hot and tasty (fresh pressed tortillas and they actually mix the ingredients together unlike other places). The tacos and quesadillas get devoured by my wife and kids and their bowls are carefully crafted. Toppings & proteins are of great variety and always hot and fresh. Lastly, I truly believe their chips and queso has been sent directly from Heaven. The consistency of the cheese along with a few tiny pieces of tomato in it just works wonders on my pallet. Also, the staff is great. Big shout out to Manny, Dennis, Adonay (and thurs/sun night crews) who always have a friendly smiling face when I come in. Cannot say enough great things you need to eat here!

The portion sizes have dropped while prices go up, I ordered online and paid for extra sour cream and they didn’t even give me a regular amount of sour cream, and it’s all thrown together like some slop. Gee thanks
