This place was ok about a year ago but has declined over the spring and summer. Two of us got breakfast Burritos with egg, cheese, and potatoes and there was 1 egg if that, spread across 2 Burritos with a bunch of potatoes and a little bit of cheese. I showed the cashier and asked about it and she tried to say it was 3 eggs on each burrito. Like I am blind or don’t know what an egg looks like? I wish I had taken pictures to post. And no apology or offer to add another egg or anything. I don’t think I’ll go back because that was very off putting. Zero customer service.

I walk in and the lady seems to be mad she’s making over 10burritos for some order. She gives me attitude from the back. I ask for eg bean cheese. She says no beans you want bacon I say ok. I never asked for potatoes nor the atitidue. I would think she would be happy for extra business but I guess not. I got what looks like 1 egg sprinkled on 5 potatoes. There’s a sign posted on their prices going up but I would at least hope we get what we pay for

I will never go and spend money with these people anymore. When you order your food. They charge you for everything you order. Only to find out when you get home, you are missing whole meals. Then they say they didn’t charge you for it although it’s obviously been charged to your account. The fact that this happened on two different occasions with the same person on the register leads me to believe that the cashier seems to be some sort of criminal and I refuse to spend my money there again. I hope other people catch on to the dishonest tactics being used to make more money. People won’t stop eating so I guess this act of theft will go unnoticed.

Bullhead City Pancho Villas: “I’m not tryin’ to give a plastic bag for something so small.” This was the response asking for a small bag or something to hold hot sauces, carrots, jalapeños, and limes. Completely unsat response, only to try and find something in the back and literally see little white paper bags a few feet away. Was were also told they don’t add red or green sauce to chimichangas, somwthing we’ve ordered several times. Lastly, they shorted our quesadilla. Tonight was a joke and pretty sure I won’t ever return.

We always stop at the Kingman location every time we are traveling through. This weekend we are staying in Laughlin and found Pancho Villas’ Bullhead city location. Absolutely delicious. Love this taco shop. Best beef tacos ever!!! Definitely recommend. Food and service is wonderful!!

The food was gross. Dry burritos rotten carrots the salsa bar red sause was rotten. The one in kingman is much better. Will not be back. Very upset that the food was gross we are the only people here so it was not busy. Rice and beans were good. Soda is gross its non filtered bhc water. Waste of time and money.

Very clean. Friendly service. I’ve been here a couple of times for breakfast and lunch. The food flavor is lacking compared to their competition. Won’t be back because there are better places with much more flavorful food.
