Went to lunch with several friends. I had birria-queso tacos and tres leches cake and paid $20+. A large soda was $3.79. This is pricey for fast food.

I will definitely be returning to Panchos! Myself and a friend went there for lunch and went through the drive thru. The person taking order was very friendly and considering it was lunch time quick to respond. I got the Birria tacos which I have always wanted to try and my friend got the beef street tacos. Once we got to the window we maybe sat for 5 minutes and got our food. It was hot and smelled so good. Mine came with 3 tacos but as shown they were good sized and also included lime wedges. The flavor was so good and had the perfect amount of spice. They also give you salsa verde and a red salsa if you want more spice. My friend enjoyed his as well. It came with 5 tacos plus the limes and salsa. Please go here so we can keep this in Jefferson City!

First time we tried this place, it was superb! I had the super nachos with shredded chicken which were super-duper good – so big a plate that I had leftovers….Hubby had the California Burrito which he pronounced delicious. Along with the free salsa/fresh chips and queso (add-on), it was a feast! Excellent and friendly staff who met all our expectations and requests. We will be back soon!

We have been to Pancho’s 5 times since it has opened… and the food is consistently getting better! My wife and I get Tacos… which have been super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and hot off the grill. I really love their Street Tacos. Their food is not overly salty and does not weight heavy on me… unlike other carb heavy Mexican restaurants. Personally, the prices are reasonable for what we get… and the portions are good size. This is a new place… so things are not yet perfect (like the soda machine) …but all in all, we really like it… and will be going back! Espero verte allí.

Outstanding portion size, I went and got a steak breakfast burrito. It was piping hot and fresh, very delicious. I will be coming back and look forward to trying other items in the menu. Great taste, quality and value.

I’m so happy we have a good drive thru that’s open early. I shared the queso birria tacos with my boyfriend and it was plenty of food for two of us, and it tasted so good! Prices are a little high but there’s enough food to share a meal between two people easily. It’s nice to have a more authentic Mexican place in town versus a lot of the other places that are nearly identical. The food is on the greasy side so some more napkins would have been ideal.

The positives are that their service was pretty decent and the place looked clean, at least from what we can tell. But the food was just awful. The “chips and cheese” consisted of really stale chips and overcooked, chunky nacho cheese out of a can. The “guacamole” was really just bland avocado salsa. The steak was really overcooked on the burrito and it was all around dry. The tamales were mainly masa with very little filling and covered in red sauce and shredded jack cheese. I’ve definitely had better food elsewhere. I, personally, would save my money and eat elsewhere. LaRaza really has the best tamales, so drive just a few more minutes and stop there!

The food was expensive and bland. It was honestly one of the worse Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at. The people were very friendly though. Lobby had tons of flies and gnats. Not impressed with this location. Ate at Springfield mo location a bunch and it was good. This one however. Nope.

I’m surprised by all the good reviews. The food is medicore at best. I see some reviews by people who are from Cali saying it is as good as the Mexican restaurants in the state of California. I have spent extensive amounts of time in California and can tell you the food from this place can’t even compare to the Mexican restaurants in Cali. This place is super overpriced too.
