Unfortunately Paesanos was closed, leaving this as my only option. I called and placed my order, verified my toppings twice over the phone, verified my topping a third time while paying an arm and a leg to come home and find out half my toppings were wrong. Sauce had way too much garlic and the middle of the pie was soggy. Will not return.

Panchos has moved from Mill Street to Sullivan Avenue where the old Chinese buffet used to be located. It is the weirdest place someone put an Italian pizzeria in a Chinese buffet. The space is way to big the decor is from the old restaurant and it is just odd. I went in the restroom and there were water stains in the toilets stains on the toilet paper dispensers. Other than a coat of paint (over a paper No Smoking sign) no one even took the time to sweep before opening the doors. The food was just OK not good enough to bring me back though. The one highlight was the waitress. She was very bubbly and welcoming.

I’ve eaten pizza all around the area. Pancho’s is the best. Best crust. Best flavor. Chicken wings are big and juicy. Good variety of sauces, medium wings are tangy and vinegar forward with good spice level. Get here.

We ordered two large salads and only revived one when we picked up dinner but they were nice enough to give us the second salad for free the next day. The garlic knots were took dry and tough to eat and to much garlic on them. We ordered buffalo wings and the sauce was to sweet and not Hot at all. The only good thing about our meal was the pizza that was good.

Their food was disgusting it was so bad and I’m going to say when they first opened and they were over by Beer World in Liberty they did great wants to know. Over by Burger King the place went down the sitter I ordered a pizza from them about 6 months ago and it must have been one of the pizzas that were sitting out for you to get by the slice in the daytime Miss hard as a rock and you can tell it was old and then I was told that the guy has a really bad drinking problem he’s not alcoholic so that doesn’t help matters any but I won’t go there over again and I used to be one of their number one customers so I don’t know what went wrong

A great value, two slices with pepperoni for $6.50, however, this is the type of place reminds me of diners who would literally eat anything. The crust on my Neapolitan pizza was overcooked, completely burnt, and stone cold. The dining room is a huge waste of space. Perhaps Gordan Ramsey could teach the owner a few things about running a kitchen. A huge menu, 5 tables and pizza that was sitting on the counter for hours. I say “DON’T BOTHER.”

I used to go here all of the time food was always good. And always friendly staff. Up until a few months ago. I went in with an 80 dollar order one night and they forgot my wings all of my salads and the chicken parm I ordered was burnt to a crisp. I called the owner the next day due to me not getting home until late, (note this place is 45 minutes away from where I live). The owners response to my problem was “Why didn’t you come back so we could fix it?” Not a oh wow I’m sorry we will refund it for you. A “why didn’t you come back”. Quite an age rating experience. Maybe I just picked a bad morning to call. I may return maybe not.

This restaurant absolutely slaps. I recently moved out of Sullivan County and I’m realizing that I took this place for granted. The wings are decent as hell and reasonably priced. Pair that with a cheeseburger deluxe with fries and you have an absolutely banging meal for like $16. God I miss this place. Staff is super friendly, too.
