Very bad experience! Bad customer service! They charged me $1 dollar extra on everything! I got two orders of quesabirrias one for 3 and the other one for 4, called and asked how much they were and she said 4 each with three comes out to $12 and $16 I was charged $13 and $17? Got horchata to drink had no flavor all WATER ! Mind you they have not prices on the menus! While taking the order the lady decided to answer a call and totally ignored me! $51 dollars after and bad food and experience last tike I will spending my money there! Will not recommend to no one !

Ordered off of doordash 2 orders of the birria tacos which show a picture of 3 tacos on one plate with no description for the cost of $6.10 each order and ordered 2 horchatas costing an overall total of $30. Opened the bag to find only two tacos on one plate meaning we paid $6.10 for ONE taco. Never been more mad in my life over food like this money gone to waste over a taco dryer than the sahara desert.

Aloha … I just wanted to say thank you guys at ponchos truck for the awesome dinner you guys told me Merry Christmas when I went to pay and said this one is on us. I was having a bad day and that cheered me up. Little things like that makes our community stronger & cheery. Thank you.
