Ordered food for delivery via phone. Despite the restaurant being less than a mile away from my apartment, the food took around an hour and a half to arrive. At one point, my partner called the restaurant, and was told that the driver was on their way. The food did not arrive for another 20 minutes.

Called with an hour and a half left of business. They told me it would be an hour because they were busy. I called 15 minutes after closing because they were busy and got told they were closed which I knew I asked if the order that I had ordered almost 2 hours ago went out yet. He said “we tried to call but there was no pick up” I have no missing calls and no food and got hung up on when I tried to ask what number they were calling.

Absolutely disgusting! Fried chicken soggy, general tos chicken soggy! Egg roll soggy! Rice soggy! There’s no crisp or freshness about the food at all. I hate ordering from here, I only order from here when I have to and disappointed every single time! They don’t listen you, ask for extra crispy, or light onions, extra sauce. You can forget about it happening. Sickening!

The fried chicken is my favorite. I have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and when I arrived in Albany, NY it was the first place that I went. The chicken is hot and fresh. It is never greasy, and the taste is amazing. The customer service is good and when you call to order your food, they always get the order right the first time. They usually have great prices for the lunch specials. .
