I have probably eaten at 50 different Panda Expresses over the years. A couple times a month for as long as I can remember. This was the worst one I’ve been to. I went because it’s a chain so I figured I knew what to expect. It couldn’t even live up to those expectations.

Amazing service this afternoon at PE. We had fairly large order and wanted some of the items that were running low. The employees didn’t make the typically “sorry we’re out of …..” that you commonly hear from other places. Instead, they made it all fresh!!! Thank you for a great lunch.

I travel for work and Panda Express is one of those staples. I can always trust that I’ll get something good. The food was fine, albeit a little colder than I like.. But the staff clearly doesn’t care. You could tell no one was happy to be there and they were clearly understaffed. The worst Panda I have ever been to.

Went there two days in a row because working late and the new beyond ordnance chicken is amazing. First night was my first going to a Panda Express, but the guy who made my food so polite. The next night, he knew what me and my fiancé were ordering and called for fresh orange chicken. I’m sad I didn’t get names but the first young man and the second were so polite, happy, and had great customer service. The store and front line were clean and organized. The food is amazing , it’s even better when it’s delivered warm . Who in their right mind in New England in the middle of winter would send out a good order on a Bicycle? A bicycle really? And not just up the street either , it’s snowing out why do I want my food frozen again??

I normally don’t review fast food places unless my experience is very poor. BUT I had an absolutely amazing experience at this panda express. The place was very clean and I was helped out by the taller Tommy. He has exceptional customer service skills and definitely made my experience so much better. Guy definitely deserves a raise or promotion 15/10 will come again!
