Where is the Chow Mein? Looks like they scraped the bottom of the leftovers in the pan. There needs to be better quality control. I would have ordered veggies for my side if that’s what I wanted. It’s a side of cabbage. It’s crazy that this was ok to serve a customer as if it was Chow Mein.

I come to panda express every so often ready for a good meal but this time when I came in I saw friendly faces but I’m not really welcomed in so I started conversations to get a more friendly reaction when it came to the food I ordered half of rice and half of lo mein I also ordered Two sides of sesame chicken to be exact and I usually get two spoons on each side this time I got one in spoon and two pieces with a whole lot of peppers and string beans I didn’t think that was fair. I voiced my opinion and also mentioned the times I’ve been here before I was provided two spoons on each side or at least one full spoon and a good second not two pieces and Kathleen refused to add just a little more chicken to the meal and did not budge on any customer service or satisfaction to the customer. She told me that is the best she can do and said I can either buy more or leave, I chose the latter. I had to drive all the way to a different location because I was really hungry and once I reached a different location they were more than happy to serve me Kyani very friendly welcome to me and serve the food with great service. I’ve purchased the same thing by the way and this time I got what I paid for.

The worst delivery experience you will ever have, they are always late and extremely slow, the order will never start until you show up and it takes a lot of time more than 15-20 min processing, especially that it is not a rush hour!! Please hire more people or qualified ones.

A very tasty meal and also a pleasant experience. A good selection of both food and unique drinks as well. A little pricey but not too extreme. I recommend the honey/walnut shrimp and the pomegranate & pineapple lemonade, very satisfying.

Simply I could have been treated better, my food portions were super skimpy and the temperature was cool which leads to food poisoning issues. I wouldn’t recommend this location because they don’t value the customer or at least they didn’t treat me very nicely.

We were waiting for over 20mins to order food. Meanwhile the staff staid in the counter looking at us until her lunch break came. Then she proceeded to sit and use her phone and eat while the line to order kept getting bigger.
