I really like Panda Express. Since moving to State College, PA, this franchise has provided disappointing experiences multiple times. If I lived in a bigger city, I would go to another restaurant. On multiple occasions, the store never has the mushroom chicken prepared to go. The store has express in its title, and we always have to wait for food preparation. Change the name to “Panda Waiting All The Time.”

I love Panda and live close by so I eat there frequently. They have consistently been out of anything other than chicken. No matter what time of day they are out of multiple items. This has gone on for weeks now. I’m tired of this. Unfortunately only that the quality and quantity seems to have dropped. I’ve even been told to pull around from the drive through to wait for food, which never came. Waited over 15 minutes until I decided to go inside and ask about my food. They just had it sitting there unfinished. My experience here has become increasingly frustrating. I love the food here but these issues make it difficult.

Your drive through person is rude and incompetent today. He forgot to give me my food so I politely wait. When he sees me still there he, in a rude tone, says what do you want. As if I am a bother. When I said my food he seemed annoyed and said “my bad” Worst service.

Probably one of the best customer services I’ve had at panda in a long time! I was impressed with EVERYONE working together helping out to assist everyone and the drive through. Very efficient as well. I kept forgetting stuff so I kept bugging them and everytime they were super nice and very helpful. Looked like a fairly younger crew around 7-7:30 at night and they kept everyone’s spirits up with a smile! Hope Corporate recognizes individuala like this!

Most of the dinning room was blocked off, leaving a broken table with a sign not to sit there. The remaining tables were not wiped down – customers were wiping them off to sit. The egg roll was dried out. Food was okay at best.

Always really unhygenic and gross on the inside. Tables are really dirty all the time. Currently, all of the tables have food smeared all over them, and the floors are gross. The food is also pretty gross. My husband got a piece of uncooked chicken, even. It was breaded, but raw on the inside? They also often spontaneously close with no warning, the employees here look very unhappy. Likely not being treated well enough to care. I’ve also seen gas station bathrooms that are cleaner. The soda machine is broken, and if you try to get a bottled soda from the front, that’s not good either, because they don’t really even care enough to put them into some ice anymore. It really needs a lot of improvement to say the least.

The portion of Sizzling Shrimp is a joke! The first time I ordered it (a month ago), it was good. A week later I ordered the second time and only got 3 pieces of shrimp. Today I ordered it the third time, only got ONE piece! Ridiculous that I paid almost three dollars for one piece of shrimp and some tough broccoli stem! I will never order it again!

Food here is good. The people working here are the problem! Supposed to be open until 9:30, we were there a little before 9 and they wouldn’t let us eat in the restaurant. Tried to tell us that they close at 9. We had to eat outside…If I go out to eat, I want to eat there !..

Today was the first time that I’ve gotten food from Panda Express (ever). We got take out lunch for 2 of us. It was surprisingly expensive, but even more shocking were the serving sizes: little teeny TINY boxes. They looked like kids’ meals. (It was comedic when we took our lunch out of the bag) Even though I spent over $32, it really wasn’t enough food for our lunch (we aren’t big eaters, honestly). I wasn’t looking for typical American glutton-esque sizes, just really surprised. Pretty horrible value IMHO. Some of the food tasted pretty decent (the shrimp, even though there were literally like 3 in the tiny box. Ugh). None of the food was “Wow!”. And most importantly, much of the food was quite “meh”. Worst Rangoons I’ve ever had, crab or otherwise. There was about a 1/4 inch ball of cream cheese inside the overcooked pastries. Nearly NO flavor, except for the aforementioned pastry. Very surprised there was no sauce for dipping (really? I’ve literally never seen Rangoons served without dipping sauce). I never paid attention to this chain before. I will now to back to not paying attention to it.
