I think this is the only Panda Express I have had a bad experience at. This location is much closer to so I have been here several times but it is always a bad experience. They close at 9pm but refuse to cook anything new after 8pm. 1 person was taking a video call with their phone under the glass on the food service counter. When ordering the bigger plate they will only throw the 3rd entrée on top of the pile and not ask to put in side container. The staff are not friendly and prefer to be cleaning to leave early and ignore guests at the counter. Manassas location is a much better experience and worth the drive to avoid this terrible location.

I got food poisoning from this place. I used to go there very often on work lunch breaks, I almost always got the exact same order, beef and broccoli with fried rice. Then the last day I ever went there. I got sick, for three whole days I was vomiting and feeling horrible. Don’t eat here. But tbh, usually people are pretty nice and the food taste good, and it’s cheap. But still kinda dangerous, if I wasn’t pretty young and somewhat healthy that could have killed me.

Horrible first time experience, noodles looked like uncooked ramen noodles. Food had no flavor. Threw it away, never know til you try though, and biggest thing was employees on cellphones then handling food and no gloves

The reason I am given 3 stars was due to my recent experience food was luke warm when I tried to ask if everything was hot server said yea but it wasn’t and the kicker was the same server Sumera K. was behind the counter and saw a friend outside and ran out to hold and rub a CAT! She came right back and started serving food did not wash her hands nor did the mgr standing right her in all black tried to stop her or say change your apron and wash your hands. This happened Friday 8/18/23. That really turned me off now I am thinking your staff don’t have to wash hands during the day or when using restrooms. The mgr in all black just started his shift when we were sitting down eating he never washed his hands he walked straight in the restaurant from outside to prep line and started as well. Got delivery. The three small pieces of beef in the beef and broccoli equaled a piece. I’ve had more meat in a can of condensed soup. The honey sesame chicken had a metallic aftertaste. The cabbage in the vegetables consisted of the core. Do better Panda Express!

i’m really disappointed that my last few visits to this place have not been good at all. Panda has always been one of my favorite places to get yummy food very quickly… but the food now is so inconsistent, many workers touch their faces a lot (without gloves on), and portions have gotten smaller. The food ranges from being fatty and soft to undercooked rice. Im gravely disappointed and sad that this is no longer my favorite go-to spot.
