When you arrive in line at any Panda Express you are probably going to be rushed along the line. The place is Express after all. This location was too pushy for my liking. The food was ok. But they drink machine was down (no tea) which was disappointing after I bought a drink.

The food is good but, mom and pop Chinese is a better value for the quantity of food. However, I did notice on one visit that corporate checks food temperature so it may be safer than dining at a mom and pop joint.

I stopped in to Panda Express because I have positive memories of the food being good and nothing weird with being able to eat it. However, today I had to ask for sauce for my spring roll and a knife to cut my chicken and green vegetables. I was given the sauce, but I was told there are no knives. I find when a food chain cannot afforod to the supply the public with the necessary utensils to eat the food that the public purchases, it just might be time to get out of the retail food business and only cater. Corporate can save money by washing the same old metel cutlery.

ACTIVE ROACH INFESTATION AS OF 6/14/23. Was in line last night and saw two small roaches on the ground in the restaurant. Turned around and walked right out and today I’m reporting it to PG County as a health code violation.

I went in at 8:05, they had almost no food left, the food they did have was very old. The website says they close at 9:30. The employee Xiu was rushing the lady who was making our food, it was uncomfortable. She also took all the little bits of food that were left in each pan and starting combing them with different trays of food. I love Panda Express but will most likely never go to this location again.

I enjoy the food from here. I rarely have any problems when I show up. My reason for such a low rating is due to an employee throwing church postcards into the bags of customers getting food to go. This happened today (May 23rd, 2022 around 12:30pm).
