Rarely am I ever prompted to post a negative review. Stood inside the store waiting to be served as the staff filled almost a dozen orders for others through drive-thru. Seems the staff is so fixated on speed, speed, speed that drive-thru received precedence. Worse, when they finally got around filling the order, they were so fixated on speed that they never finished it and the employee walked away to start filling another order for drive-thru. My wife and I stood there waiting another few minutes for someone else to come by and mess up the order because she was trying to figure out where it was left off from the other employee. Wife wanted three entree and the staff walked away in the middle of filling the order to only do two entrees. To be clear, if they had more staff, they wouldn’t be fixated filling orders from all ends of the spectrum. In short, if you really want Panda Express, go through drive-thru. You still won’t get smiles, a welcome or a thank you, but you will apparently get your order quicker than dining in. Photo enclosed to verify I was there. The people standing around waiting for their order to be finished were still there when my wife and I finished our meals and left. Yeah, the staff is that fixated on the speed of drive-thru.

I’ve been here 3 times so far. 1st time through drive thru where they got one of my entrees wrong on the plate. Second time I went in to order so they wouldn’t get it wrong. 3rd fine I ordered through a 3rd party for pick up and they forgot a whole entree for a plate which comes with TWO entrees.. how do you miss an entree for a plate. This is baffling cause I got a bowl also this transaction which is only one entree and a different container from the plate.

This locations customer service is awful. I have had multiple occasions with bad customer service. This is a horrible location. I have had mutilpke issues, from missing fortune cookies(not really a big deal) to not being able to pick up my order without an ID, and finally, the associate at the drive thru window handed me a dripping bag and i told him to rebag it. He looked at the bag and then nudged it toward me. I took it and left. Never going back. This location needs to get it together.

Grandson ordered the vegetable chow mein. It was not chow mein it was lo mein with spaghetti noodles. Called to complain they said they are dealing with another company for their food deliveries. Food is not made there. Lousy food. Will get refund tomorrow.

They are hit or miss with service. The food is always of good quality but you have to wait long periods of time to order. I have gotten fed up with it and had to leave and go elsewhere because of it.

Although Panda Express has been around for years, this is the first time I’ve eaten there. The portions were huge, and the food was very tasty. The chow menu noodles were a bit dry, but I’m told that is the specific style of this restaurant. The Black Pepper Chicken and the Shanghai Angus Steak were perfectly prepared. I will stop there again. Very friendly staff.
