830pm on Tuesday. Got a bigger plate and the servings were maybe half of what they should have been. Asked Brian the “manager” to make it right. He only had to say that they train the staff to portion it correctly. That was it. He did not even want to look at the tray of food. Absurd poor service. I usually go during the daytime and always get the right portions. Someone needs retrained starting with Brian and the evening staff.

2nd time that I got food poisoning from the shrimp. It’s not worth it for me to have an upset stomach and diarrhea for days after. Matter of fact i’m on the toilet rn writing this. Won’t be back. They also don’t serve the correct portions. I’ll get the plate, double entree of shrimp & will only have about 6-7 shrimp. Not to mention the service is hella slow & unorganized.

The food was good. The staff, on the other hand, were completely lacking common knowledge of their own menu and prices. They tried to charge 3 times what the price actually was listed. Argued with us about it. And refused to give us our food until we paid the extra. Hire competent people who care about the business. Clownery

The service is slow here, the food looks over cooked and burnt first thing i did was sample the food… just horrible the cooks know they can’t cook i rather not eat here and get food poisoning. They need to hire all the good cooks from years ago when they had panda express in Annapolis Mall. Wish they were still there.

I hate to give 1 star review but store was supposed to be open at 10:30am. I get there at 10:40am and they still had the door locked. There were 3 of us waiting to go in. We go in when they finally opened the door at 10:45am and they were still cooking food. There were a few sides ready but majority of food was not ready. So we are just standing there waiting for food! I waited 5 minutes or so until I left. I ordered online after running errands and returned around 12pm and picked up my order. To my surprise the containers were not even full! They were like 3/4s the full portion amount. A very unpleasant experience.

Very busy. Long line. Several food containers were very low and if it’s the middle of the day why wouldn’t you have constant fresh dishes ready to refill? Some of my food was barely room temperature and some was very hot. There were several cooks working. Seemed unorganized but the workers were friendly.

Very friendly and kind staff. Usually very crowded. Your food sits until they go down the line. You may order 1 thing but 3 people in front of you, order 4 meals each. Yours will be done and boxed right away while their still making the people in front of you. So you wait rather than pay right away! The food is great but sometimes when its low and been sitting its not as fresh.

Ordered a big plate. Asked for half rice and half noodles as the side. Got the new sizzling shrimp, mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli. Literally got 2 shrimp, a whole order of rice and noodles, no beef and broccoli And a tiny bit of the mushroom.
