Holy hell these reviews are an echo chamber. I’ve eaten here quite a few times; sometimes delivery, sometimes pickup, sometimes in store.. and never once have I had any issues mentioned by the others. Food is always great, cheap, well-portioned, warm, and the staff is always incredibly welcoming and friendly.

We ordered two meals online from this location. When we went there to pick them up, it was in one box. My large sweet fire chicken was only four pieces of meat. We asked them to remake it. They REFUSED. We asked for our money back. They REFUSED. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a fast food company. The MANAGER even refused to acknowledge that they messed up the order or give us our money back. Very dissatisfied.

The portions are LAUGHABLY BAD. I saw the other reviews and thought they were lying but they were not. Spent $18 for two bowls and got scammed. Here are the photos for our bowls for proof. I am really sad about this and wish I can get my money back. If they were to ever change, I will change my review but at the moment, I paid $8 for white rice

My go-to place for consistently good Chinese food. Love how all the fresh sliced vegetables are on display in the refrigerators with the glass doors. They’re they’re honey. Walnut shrimp is good but my go-to here is the Kung Pao chicken. It is excellent. There’s a lot of interesting things here including Beijing, beef or crispy beef

Went through drive through and ordered 3 orange chicken entree. Chicken was hard and dry. It’s terrible that customers that come through drive through for convenience (had just left ER after sitting there for 4 hours and didn’t feel like coming in) arrive home to eat their meal and discover they were cheated. Had I been feeling well and able to come inside, I would have declined the nasty looking food. Won’t be returning to this location as this is the second to me this happened.
