This place is absolutely disgusting!! Rude staff , food wasn’t fresh, The “chicken” (Black pepper)was nothing but mush, Orange”chicken” was just fried breading, Rice had no flavor..Won’t EVER eat there again… Please be advised .Management should learn how to train their staff!! Managed to come RIGHT when they were opening, placed a pick up order and went through the drive through to get it. Staff was extremely nice and apologetic that we had to wait as they had to make everything fresh, was happy to wait. Food was amazing and staff was great. Have never had a bad experience at this location.

With the ongoing pandemic, we order food for takeout. The few friends that I went with never been to a Panda Express. Employees were very patient and explain the process and details about certain options. Food was hot. Staff was phenomenal!! Most likely will return when I’m in the area again!! Maybe even try the drive-thru?!

Ordered 2 bowls. One with rice with black pepper angus steak and the other was rice with black pepper chicken. Both orders only had 2 pieces of meat that was the size of a dime. It was more vegetables than anything. I didn’t notice until I got home. The girl at the window was a little mean and was upset that I asked for napkins.

Had a large order. The drive thru wasn’t working so went inside to place my order. The staff was friendly. Took my food home and I was missing one of the sides. Called the store and told them what happened. When I got there the manager was argumentative and rude. I had left a message with Corporate and they never responded back. I will never go back to this store again.
