I had the orange chicken and it was honestly disappointing. The fried rice was hard and the chicken was 90% breading and 10% chicken(too salty as well). There was this one guy who was great and passing out any extra sauces and fortune cookies. But there was an issue with entering the bathroom(a code is needed) and the lady at the register would not help at all and there was no line so I know she could’ve at least helped with putting in the code.

Seems like a super busy location with a staff that often seems to have a high turnover. I feel like every time I go there I get a new person taking my order who makes small mistakes. It also had a bad habit for a while of the soda machine breaking down and they neglect to tell you until you’ve been rung up. In the end its an average restaurant in a busy mall.

I got food from here yesterday, Saturday April 1st, 2023. I ordered my food and had left a bag of clothes on one of the table and forgot to pick it up, I got home and realized I didn’t have it and called the store about 5 different times to let them know I had left it there and no one picked up, I called 2 more times a couple hours before closing and yet no call back. I decided to go back to see if they still have it but when I came today they told they had straight up THREW THE WHOLE ENTIRE BAG AWAY, not put it in the lost and found, not kept it, BUT THEY THREW THE WHOLE BAG. I asked the manager why they didn’t just put it in the lost and found and she just told me “we can’t do that” and when u asked they they couldn’t answer all she said was “we’re really busy” I called 5 DIFFERENT TIMES, and even later I still called. Why couldn’t they had just out it in the lost and found is my question or why couldn’t they had answer the phone so that I could let them know. They’re customer service for help is very poor

Came here to get some food. A worker bumped into my wife causing her to drop her food on the floor. I asked for a meal or side as a reimbursement and they said no. Seriously? You burn my money then refuse to reimburse me? This business definitely doesn’t deserve customers with terrible service like this.
