The food was good, and the cleanliness needed to be better. They had no lo mein available in the restaurant. Do not like the forks in a small pan to grab. The soda lids are difficult to get as well.

Fresh food, typical Chinese food restaurant. Friendly and helpful workers. Clean environment.

I arrived at 8:25pm walked in and thought they were closed. There was no food in the main area only a few options to the left which all looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I asked the guy if they were closed and he said “this is all we have left because we have to clean the fryer” I said “do you close at 9?” He said “yes” I said that’s “30min away you can you make some fried rice” and he said no. I am was appalled. I can not believe they were basically closed at 8:25. No fried rice no other meat other than orange chicken and mushrooms chicken. Their closing time should say 8:30 because that’s the time employees actually close it.

Ordered the family style meal. Got home to find the boxes weren’t even filled up all the way. For what you pay you’d think you’d get your money’s worth. Complained online to Panda Express and still haven’t heard from anyone in management.

When it’s busy, the line for service sometimes impacts the tables where people are eating. Also, on this last trip there, we ended up at a high table right next to the door/line to sit and eat because the few available tables were left dirty by customers, and the staff was apparently too busy to clean. Luckily, we arrived when we did, as later customers were able to order but had to wait for food to be cooked. In the staffs’ defense, they are trying to hire.

Doordash order came cold and my broccoli and beef was just Broccoli. I also asked for 6 napkins, I didn’t get not one of them!

This location used to be a goto restaurant for me when I lived in the area. I moved across town and stopped coming regularly but work nearby now so I’ve been coming more lately. The service and atmosphere has tanked here. For example, I came in at 8:15pm. An hour and 15 minutes prior to closing. I was looking to get the honey chicken but was told there was only enough for a single serving. I asked if they could make more and that I’d be willing to wait. I was told sternly “no”. This seemed weird to me as I’ve worked food service before and typically we’d just make another batch and save what was left for the next morning to sell. Also you practically have to beg for soy sauce at the point of sale. They won’t throw any in, you HAVE to ask for it. When I did I got 2 packets for myself and my wife. Gee, THANKS. Its the only panda express around so I’m sure they make good money but the service as of 2/7/2023 is subpar.

Come to this location only if you enjoy waiting in line for 20 minutes and all they do is fill mobile orders and take all of the food from the line then when it’s your turn there is nothing left. They really should have a separate way to process mobile/doordash orders so there is still food left for the customers who are actually at the store standing in line forever. After experiencing this several times and being told I can have the pleasure of waiting even longer for them to make more food I will not be returning to this location.

Food is great but the service at the cash register needs to be addressed. One female cashier is rude and terribly abrasive with me each time I pick up my order. It’s been two months this employee has treated me like garbage. I’m done!
