I love Panda and was excited to have one here in Ashland, but I have had so many bad experiences with this particular that this was the last draw. I won’t be going back. I ordered a orange chicken bowl with white rice. It looks like I only got 6 pieces of the chicken and they gave me fried rice.

My first experience was drive thru. I would suggest going inside to learn the pieces of how the dishes work. The person was nice but not helpful in understanding the double entree amounts. What i did order was good, it just wasn’t enough for two when i got home. I’ll try again but inside.

The food was ok. They will definitely try to give you old,dry food if you let them. You have to go at a specific time to get fresh food otherwise you run the risk of getting leftover scraps.

Went here tonight for dinner in drive through, first time not to friendly. Ordered beef broccoli and fried rice ,only had 2 pieces of beef and all the rest was broccoli and fried rice. What a shame .My mother ordered Beijing beef and had tons of meat. They really need to do the portions properly!!!

Placed catering order on Tuesday 4/11/23 for pick up on Sunday 4/16/23. Arrived to pick up on on 4/16/23 to find notes on doors “ No gas, no orders can be completed at this time”. Was told money would be refunded today. No courtesy call on Sunday to alert of gas issue and today still no refund.
