The ingredients and food are always fresh and tasty. I love coming to Panda Express when I crave for Kung Pao Chicken and Beijing Beef. Both are my favorites. The staff and Michael the manager are always smiling and very friendly. Great customer service!!

Panda Express , solely known to waste your time when they interview you. They treat the restaurant like it’s a job at the White House, they are very picky for candidates. They will waste your time to come in for an interview just to go and pick someone else. This is the second time I’ve had an interview and they just let me go like it was nothing, just pathetic and annnoying! Stop wasting people’s times if u don’t want them there, don’t ask all of these questions to not even give someone and opportunity! Panda Express is annoying

My wife goes to order and pickup our dinner. She is told that there aren’t enough vegetables to fill her order, would she mind pulling up and waiting for them. She waits 15 minutes, then goes in with her receipt. They’ve forgotten all about her, given her order to someone else. Then when she gets home, her order is not complete. She had ordered Spring Rolls. What a nightmare. There are too many competitors to put up with this kind of service. Will not be back.

First off, I would like to start out by pointing out how amazing the customer service is at this location. I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Michael! Very attentive and assertive when it comes to making sure that my needs were taken care of. The only reason why I came to this location was because I had the worst experience at the Chester Panda Express. As I work closer to this location it’s very nice to have them near by when I get my cravings. Food and portions are on point! So I will definitely not be going back to Chester Panda Express!

Stopped here for late lunch with my 3 children and had a great experience. We don’t live in the area and had traveled an hour and a half to go to a museum in the area. Food was hot, delicious and customer service was superb. But the most impressive part of our visit was when I went to leave, the sliding door on my van malfunctioned and wouldn’t close. The manager Michael noticed me struggling outside with my kids in tow and came out to offer help. Not only did he try everything he could, even tried finding tools needed to fix it for me but he also offered to call a mechanic for me to help and asked if my kids needed a drink while we waited. I called my father come to help and when I went back in to explain that I needed to leave my van there while I went shopping across the street and waited for my father to arrive, he told me I could leave the van there as long as needed and again offered us a drink and gave me his card stating let him know if he could be of any assistance. I greatly appreciated the time he took to make sure we were okay. I will always stop here to eat when in the area.

Love this place! Pretty fast drive through and a good variety of food choices. They even try to help you out when you don’t want a ton of veggies in your order. I can not say they have always gotten my order correct but about 90% of the time they do. Everything is delicious and always hot and very fresh. I am not a fan of their specialty teas but each their own. I recently got the bigger plate and it was wonderful. The new sesame honey chicken was so good I ate that on the way home before taking a picture I am sharing of the rest of my order. The staff are very nice and smile and welcome you. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!

Manager here is very nice and welcoming, but the worker Natalie is very rude I hate coming here only if the manager serves me which it only happen once cause he’s always busy. Tell Natalie she too rude learn to talk to people better and have manners.
