Very poor experience. The ordering system is far too complicated. The workers would not speak up and ultimately just gave up and threw my plate at me. Do not go here.

Normally I am a fan of Panda Express, but this location is a far cry from my normal experience. I ordered a two-item plate with teriyaki chicken, kung-pao chicken, noodles, and a soda (not my normal fare not the line was already out of a number of items, including fried rice). When they chopped up the chicken for the teriyaki chicken, I noticed they didn’t put any teriyaki sauce on it before handing me my plate, so I asked them to add it. “We are out of teriyaki sauce.”. What?!? How can Panda Express be out of teriyaki sauce? Don’t you stock bottles of this sauce for customer purchase? Anyway, I would have been nice to be told when I asked for teriyaki chicken that you didn’t have the teriyaki sauce.

Thjis location is pretty terrible. Unfortunately there are only two places to eat here, so every once in a while I attempt to get lnch here (they are only open 10-2) and every single time it’s a huge disappointment. Today I asked to get a two-entre plate with the second entre being mixed vegatables, which is cataegorized by them as a side but is the only no-meat option. (I’m not vegatarian but I don’t eat nor need a lot of meat.) the response was that they woudl not provide an item designated as a side as one of the entres. How stupid is that? I was told that I could purchase the vegatables as a seperate ala cart side order for something like $3.79, which is about a $2 increase between the cost of going from a 1-entre “bowl” to a 2-entre “plate”. The only explanination the server could give was “I dont’ know, I just work here.” which is the typical answer to everything. I am hoping to pursuade the installation that they need to replace Panda Express with a better option for the workforce here.

Food is okay but they never have all the entrees ready on time when they open. I’ve gotten there multiples times and there are 2-3 entrees still not available. I’ve seen this so for up to at least 20 minutes after opening.
