Snarky Hispanic employee Ana purposely ignores customers and displays a snarky attitude. Also a Hispanic lady was served before me with same exact item. Panda Express is the new Cracker Barrel / Denny’s imo. Yhe managers r great, but 3x this 1 lady has ruined my experience in adrive -thru & inside. DONT GET ME STARTED ON OV3RCOOKED RANGOONS THAT CUT MY GUMS.

We stopped going here about six months ago because they always had the inside closed, and you always had to go through the drive-thru. Today, we went, and Amari N. was who waited on on, and she was amazing. This young lady provided impeccable customer service, was friendly, and kept a smile on her face the entire time. The food was also great, usually when we went before, you got mostly vegetables in the steak and very little meat. Today, we felt that we actually got our monies worth since there is a 1.25 up charge for the steak. Let me also say a huge congratulations to the store manager as they have made great improvements and I hope you keep the great staff and food.

What even is this place? UberEats order. The super veggies came with 2.5 PC broccoli and a very basic fried rice. Overly seasoned rice from the chicken base and didn’t contain any actual chicken or veggies like the dish would traditionally have. Orange chicken was decently flavored. Good meal for a drunk college student. Not sure if I was feeling it.

I know we all hate working fast food service and I know all too well that customers close-to-close sucks. But letting someone sit over 10mins in the drive thru cause you’re a half hour to close is unexcusable. I’m going to sound hirrible, but you’re done serving customers at closing time, not before. What’s worse is having 3 people take garbage out in front of you laughing that you’re there.

The gentleman at the window was the only good detail about our experience. The food was awful, the chow mien was 98% cabbage and had no actual chow mien. It was not consumable as the cabbage is so tough you can not chew it. The orange chicken was over cooked and very tough. And forget about calling they do not answer the phone so you can inquire about the issue. Especially living almost half an hour away. Will not be going back any time soon.

This store has just opened so everything is fresh, hot and just waiting for you to order. I ordered the firecracker shrimp, mushroom chicken and black pepper chicken. The staff is fully loaded and friendly! You get a bell ring and shout of Thank You’s if you make a donation! Im down with anything involving giving back!! I hope that the quality doesnt come down after being here for awhile.
