Went to eat there yesterday. The place is clean and has a good selection of healthy food. Amaya was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Because of the wonderful experience, we are most likely to hit another Panda Express today

A little bit disorderly at one table they were doing packing at but the dishes were consistent and the food plenty. Chicken egg roll was only so so. Angus beef wasn’t good, spicy but not much beef, maybe 4-5 tiny pieces for an upcharge of mostly veggies.

First and last time visiting this Panda Express location. When I ordered at the drive thru he let me know it would be 7-8 minutes for them to cook it. I said that would be absolutely fine. Got to the window to pay and he said oh your food is ready. I said thank you and left. When I got home (20 mins away) the kids meal I ordered had 4 pieces of chicken that was old and dried out. We have always received 6-8 pieces in the kids meal and always has been fresh. I did not bother giving my child the meal. I have been to other locations and never received this kind of service. Very disappointed. Think twice before visiting this location.

I usually have a good experience from there, but this time I decided to order online. I got there 4 minutes before it was scheduled to be done and got a text as I exited my vehicle that my order was ready for pickup. I drove 5 minutes away to work and when I got there my food was cold and my orange soda didn’t taste like orange at all. It was pretty upsetting, especially since I didn’t have the time to run back there to have them make it right…

I like Chinese food and tried Panda Express for the first time. The food was good but I wished the attendants would let one try out a tiny piece before ordering… especially for this of us that are new to the restaurant. I tried asking if I could get a tiny piece of their steak to try but was told that they don’t do that.

They do not accomodate food allergies. I came here to get food for me and my son tonight. While ordering the food I told the girl that my son has a dairy allergy and simply asked that the person who serves the food to use new gloves and clean servingware when handling his food. I also asked that they put it in a separate bag. The employees could not for the life of me comprehend what I was asking them to do. I was asked multiple times “what kind of allergy is it?” And had to explain to them what dairy is. Then I was also asked over five times what it was I wanted them to do and they STILL did not understand. They clearly know nothing about cross contamination or how to avoid it (and that’s really scary). No point in posting your companies allergen info for each food if your employees don’t know how to not cross contaminate. Also, upon further inspection of their reviews, this location seems to have a habit of serving raw undercooked or stale food. Stay far away from here. PANDA PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON ALLERGIES, CROSS CONTAMINATION, AND FOOD BORNE ILLNESS.

Probably won’t come here again. Got the beef & broccoli bowl as my two entrees & my side of lo mein. More side than entree two times & the lo mein was old. Tough noodles & definitely not fresh. Old batch of food. The beef & broccoli was more of the side & just stale. Need to improve the food quality before I’d come back again. Gross.

We have enjoyed eating at Panda Express for years. The last couple of visits in our Charleston location have been mediocre. Today we were in town and decided to stop in and eat a quick bite. We chose Fried rice with Teriyaki chicken, one of our favorite meals here .

Panda Express, South Carolina. They’re famous for their delicious orange chicken, but I think the honey sesame chicken might be even better. It used to be a special, but I believe it’s now a permanent item on their menu. Can’t wait to go back and try their new special: wok-seared steak and shrimp.
