TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Would give zero stars if could. Our 1st time visiting any panda express and was a unpleasant experience. We stood there not knowing how it worked being ignored by the staff. Another customer helped us and the staff worker still ignored everyone. Then the other patron had to tell her she needed to help all of us so she started to and I assume it was the manager yelled at her for helping us. Will not return!

Every visit in the past few months has been disappointing: good luck if you’re there at or after 8 pm and they are out of a dish — they won’t cook any more despite being open for another hour. Whenever I order at the drive through, the order is almost never ready and they ask me to park in the front so they can bring it out when it’s done — but, if you don’t go back and get it yourself, you will never see it. Generally, however, the food tastes good — if you can actually get the food you want to order!

I visited the restaurant at 5 PM on a Monday. Our server was already had an attitude but kept her drama to herself. The food, however, was terrible and was not fresh. In fact, it tasted liked it had been sitting there since lunch. The final issue was that we asked the cashier for 2 drinks but apparently she didn’t hear that so I had to pay for the drinks separately. Never going to this location ever and will be wary of any other.

Beware if you’re an orange chicken fan. It’s spicy here. I’ve gone to at least 20 different Panda Express locations across the US and the orange chicken is never spicy. Good thing I didn’t order it thinking it was a normal Panda Express. I would’ve wasted my money.

Did a pickup order food was supposed to be ready at 2:25 I left with my food at 2:55. It took them 30 seconds to throw my food in a container so I don’t understand why they took 6 peoples orders after I came in on time. I got double the chicken my wife got she maybe got 5 pieces of orange chicken on her food. I won’t be going back

every single table was dirty, crumbs and trash on floors. asked for separate checks and she rang them up together which made things awkward. lady ringing us up was rude and rushed us, even considering they were just about out of everything.

Just visited at 8:14 pm on May 1 and the girl running the show was hustling to operate dine ins and drive through and needs a raise. Despite what seemed to be a very understaffed operation, she was extremely efficient and very kind at the same time.
