Interesting things you notice when you travel a lot, and eat at many locations of a franchise. This was the most expensive Panda express in a long while. I’m using up gift cards traveling in NC & SC this week. My usual is orange chicken and walnut shrimp with ( not really very) fried rice. The food was factory fresh? and warm-ish. Only two cars in drive-thru but a huge mess inside… Obviously long lines. Obviously understaffed and didn’t appear to be anyone in charge. No Team leader. My bill was $2 more than the menu board ( already high) should have been. I didn’t notice until after eating, in my car…. Place was too busy to go in and ask — why–. Just generally I find the local hole-in-the- wall mom/ pop places have more/ better food. Nothing wrong with what I got, just not great or a reasonable price.

The food was decent but very disappointed that because I didn’t have the dining plan I could not order just the bowl with rice and one entree. Really?? I have to buy the more expense option even if I don’t want that much food. Go somewhere else to spend less money.

They substituted our sides for entrees since we didn’t eat meat, which was really nice, though would have liked a veggie option. But boy was that the driest lo mein imaginable and no soy sauce or dipping sauces for the ragoons?!?! Would expect more for $25

Counter lady was least interested to serve food and looked fatigued. No greetings, smile or good service, cleaning person on headphone talking when all tables were dirty. Expensive food

The price of 2 entree + 1 side is 17$ + tax. Over priced menu items & portion given is not at all worth 18$. They are closed for employees break from 4pm to 5pm. The size of tray used to serve the dishes is small. There is a huge line of 30 people standing in line because there is only 1 employee taking care of taking order and then the line follows slowly to checkout as well because there is only 1 employee at the checkout counter as well. I wonder how they are not concerned of a huge line of people standing in line to take food and they don’t even add additional employee to take care of the rush of people standing in queue to eat food from panda express. It’s better to try at other places if you are super hungry because the wait is so long here that your hunger gets killed by starvation by the time you get your food into your hand. Very short staffed place. And there is only 1 person handling the kitchen to cook food.

Overall I’ll go back. Quick and easy to get in an out. Nice selection too. Add on extras to the meals are tasty. But I have a problem because some cooks prepare it different. Like some ingredients be left out some dishes. Or over cooked too much. Texture. So their not the same with some dishes all the time. The side dishes are standard.
