At ~8:10pm, 50 minutes prior to close, they were out of and wouldn’t make more white rice, which is all the rest of my family likes. It was disappointing. We also had to wait on the chicken to be cooked anyway. I understand not wanting to waist food, but better food prep would prevent experiences like this. Otherwise, it’s Panda Express, so consistent food quality overall.

I recently visited Panda Express and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a plate through the drive-thru at 9:30 pm and was shocked at how little meat was provided in my dish. Perhaps it was too late in the day, but the portion of meat I received was only about 40% of what I usually get at this location.

Delicious food but horrible service. If you pick up from drive-thru then please check your box. I ordered a plate with chowmein and string bean chicken. When I opened the box it had only cabbage and literally 10-12 strands of noodles. I was shocked as to what was the server expecting…. that I would consume a bowl of cabbage with chicken. I have been ordering from them for almost 2 years and have seen a degraded service over this period. We like the food but hate when they try to cheat us. If they had informed us that chowmein was over, we would have happily changed our choice.

EDIT: downgraded rating to one star. Service at this location has been declining for a while and has just about hit bottom. Today nothing was ready despite the store being mostly empty. Staff was standing around talking until I asked when new food would be ready. Not coming back.

This Chinese chains store the boss are inhuman. Pay her staff per/hrs peanuts is to do packing but expect a 55 years old lady to do all the dirty job like washing the toilet, cleaning up all the kitchen cutlery N mopping the floor. Which is not her scope.
