Had the worst customer service. And barely gave me any food. If im paying for my food, I should get enough to keep me full. The portion sizes are tiny and when you ask them to put in more they put in 2 more pieces of chicken. Literally 2 pieces. I would not recommend this location at all. you do NOT get what you pay for.

Sophia is the best worker ever and always gets me and the boys right. Food is immaculate and portion size is amazing. My fat self went about 50 times over the summer with my friend and became close with the workers. Would recommend 100/5 stars if possible.

I ordered online. Food and service was good, but I couldn’t go around to the pickup orders because the dining room was closed. This meant I had to wait in line for my order. This location does not have a drive thru either.

The last time I ate here, it took nearly 40 minutes to get my food. Tonight I walked in a few minutes after 8pm (they close at 9) to find nothing but the scraps from what they cooked for dinner. There wasn’t enough left to make a meal. I asked them if I could order some fresh food and they refused. Apparently, they stop cooking anything new at 7:45. They should really mark their hours more honestly if they’re not going to operate when the doors are open.

The worst Panda Express I have ever experienced! The kung pao chicken sauce was nothing but water, the orange chicken was so hard I might have chipped a tooth if I actually tried to eat it and I could have drained at least 1/3 of a cup of excess oil from the chow mein. Their is absolutely no way I will ever give this location another chance be it that everything I was served was basically inedible after spending over $35. If I were the owner I would be ashamed to call this franchise location my own.
