As a former employee of panda, the food DOES taste like it was sitting on the steam table for a while. Only acceptable thing I had was the black pepper Angus steak. The recipe of the chow mein NEEDS to be altered. Putting two cups of soybean oil makes the noodles so oily that the oil grasped onto my lips and putting a whole bag of cabbage in the noodles makes too much cabbage sit at the bottom of the pan. Add a half bag for every batch 2 and you’ll get consistent noodles without too much cabbage every time.

The staff was super friendly… I ordered steamed veggies, teriyaki chicken and honey sesame chicken…as I was eating my veggies I noticed it was super crunchy so I spit it out and saw there was a bug in my veggies. I can’t tell what kind of bug but beware! The manager told me he could do a meal replacement?! I was so heated!!! I took it back and got a refund and made a complaint with the inspector!

Female wearing black shirt taking orders at the begging of the service line was very rude at 7:09 pm 6-29-23 very impatient with customers . Food was old and hard it was hard to choose from fresh and old. Cashier lovely costumer service.complete opposite from the greeter server. The first person you come to sets the experience . Everytime I go here they are so stingy with their portions. If you get an entree with a vegetable in it they skimp on the protein. Now I understand why the orange chicken is such a favorite because it’s the only way to get full. Unfortunately for me I dislike the orange.

We gave 3 tries but the store at pleasant Hill is way better. The noodles are dry,. And most are over cooked. They even getting online orders wrong. We went there three times because it is just so closed to where I live, hopefully this will change their food quality. See picture,. Did they manage to burn the cabbage but is under cooked.

This panda was super clean, the food as usual is amazing! I recommend trying the honey walnuts shrimps and the fried rice. The staff was pretty kind and fast preparing our order, definitely will come back.
