Finding Chelsea
I was here waiting for about 25 minutes for an online order to be completed. From the time i walked in the bathrooms were closed and one young lady was ringing up people and fixing food as other employees were tending to other things, there was a line and still the young lady was left up front by herself to handle food and take payments as the asian young woman “cleaned bathrooms and took out trash. People came in looking for uber orders and to place orders and no one stopped to help assist the young lady up front. Not to mention no use of restrooms nor any tea available. Although I do believe your end of night clean up is important, I dont believe it should be done at the expense of the customers experience.

Worst place, girlfriend had to tell them she would pay for an extra scope of rice. ( as you could see should be included in a bigger plate )Chowmain was just as if they had just scoped up all the leftover and put it in a bowl. 5 shrimp and 5 chickens also had to pay extra for. Under cooked egg rolls. They should just put their prices up if they are not making money but what they do is false advertising. They better be glad it was my gf that went to pick up our food , if it was me I would have asked for my money back! Will never go back there again. False advertising to the max!!

Idk which is worse chipotle or Panda Express when it comes to asking for double any entree. I asked for double teriyaki and they did not deliver. They damn near gave me more rice and greens and those are just supposed to be sides. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It seems like every time I want to get food from here, my favorite entree; Broccoli Beef, never has enough of the sauce that’s supposed be covering the broccoli and the beef. Lately the broccoli has been tasting like it’s not cooked all the way. I said something to the manager yesterday and all she said was it’s cooked and that’s our recipe. I said for the food to look dry and take away the joy of the sauce that makes the dish? She literally said yes! Lol guess she didn’t hear me well. Well hear this, food is WAYYY to expensive to be buying less than mediocre food. Such a disappointment. Hopefully somebody will fix that

I really don’t know what happened the day we went in there, but the orange chicken was terrible and seemed like it wasn’t cooked all the way. We asked about it, and we got told oh, it’s whoever mixs the sauce that day. We asked for a refund and we’d pay for the drinks since that’s all we had. cause our food was uneatable, we got told no that we could get something else. The chicken was so bad we didn’t want anything else at that point. 45 dollars worth of food tossed.

Been here multiple times food is usually good hot and fresh but, this time it was old rice was hard orange chicken dry teriyaki chicken was just disgusting didn’t even taste like chicken only thing that was decent was the chow mein. It was bad enough I think I should receive a refund. Won’t go back to this location

We had a so-so experience this visit, which is pretty typical for a visit to this Panda location. Employees were nice & store was clean. Food selection was extremely minimal, teriyaki chicken was grose, & no fortune cookies were given.

… several things.. I don’t like to complain unless it’s too much.. starting of Abigail at check out and The chef Renan both deserve a raise!! As for Angela, she should get some customer service training or get fired and look for something in her field… at the beginning, she had an attitude. Serving both my husband and I said we would wait for the fresh food .it was being made, so we were ok waiting.. I asked for the kids’ meal, which is ɓasically what I always order. I asked for greens, and Angela put an extremely small portion of 3 pieces of broccoli . I asked for some more, and she literally grabbed the tongs and squeezed them, placed it over my container, and NOTHING came out she slightly smirked and closed the box.. when I sat down ( my husband sat down cuz he didn’t want to stand to wait) (I also went to get us drinks and didn’t see them serve his food just grabbed by chance the greens) my husband was shocked because tilpically he gets a good portion but only got 4 pieces of shrimp.. but he didn’t want to make a fuss, so he didn’t ask for more…… I did want more, so I went back to order a med portion of green where there wasn’t anyone attending, Ms. Angela saw me but never more and turned to face away. Thankfully, Renan came to assist me .. he was kind, sweet, and gladly served me. I explained what happened and apologized for what happened and gave me a little more. When I went to pay and was asked, I would like sauce. There was no more chili sauce, but Renan jumped in and gave me some of the sauce he made for cooking it was amazing. Abigail checked us out and was Profesional. As for all, it was good except for Angela’s attitude..

Better plan on getting here about an hour before you’re ready to eat anything because that’s about how long it’s going go take to get your food. Mobile order? Good luck. Show up and order? Good chance of them running out of what you want instead of getting ahead of low food proactively.
