A month later I walk in to get food with a friend we order the same thing and we’re given portions sizes of hat were noticeably different. When I brought it to the employee helping us she stated it was the policy for one scoop. No problem, I was just asking for the servings to be even. I could do nothing but laughed as added one pice of meat to the serving. The had also seen her chiding another staffer for over filling a family sized serving of an entree. I walked out with out any food just because of the experience

The lady who took my order was polite and speedy. When I got the window, however, that’s where I encountered the problem. I opted to pay via tap with my phone which I gave to the cashier, Maryanna S. She goes to tap with my phone then brings it back to me and TELLS ME I had to put it in my code first then tap and I’m telling her, NO, I know my phone you have to tap then let it recognize my face. When it worked she takes my phone AND the receipt and sits it on the counter. She goes and talks to her co-workers while still taking an order, WHILE MY PHONE AND RECEIPT ARE STILL SITTING ON THE COUNTER! Mind you I was on a phone call so I’m looking through the window like lady give me my phone back! She comes back to window and tells me she will hand me my phone, receipt and food ALL AT THE SAME TIME! As if I was supposed to sit and wait for my food to come before she can hand me MY PHONE THAT I PAY FOR. Is she crazy??? I snapped and said I NEED MY PHONE She almost threw it back at me, but I knew she was tripping on something or off of something to pull a stunt like that. Y’all better watch her. If anybody’s info gets taken or tarnished with, I can guarantee she’s a prime. That was the weirdest thing to happen to me at a fast food drive thru and I’ve seen some crazy stuff! Her name is Maryanna S and I will definitely be calling and talking to a manager or coming in to discuss. The food was ok, but presentation was poor. The chicken and rice was already mixed together like it was already being eaten. Yes I will be doing the review on the receipt as well

The line was so long, you have to park and wait 15 to 20 minutes for food, don’t forget to ask for napkins, utensils, and sauces because you may not get any.

I love this location and it was one of my favorites but I’m scared to order food from here now. I just ordered some and found a piece of shrimp in my beef. I have 2 members of my family that have a severe allergy to shellfish including their throats closing up if they consume it or even a kiss. Thank God I didn’t order them anything! Be careful when ordering from here if you do have a shellfish allergy! Do better Panda! It’s not worth putting peoples lives at risk!

Looks like maybe they’ve change management or they read the reviews. The last two times I’ve come here. Service has been much better. Much friendlier. I walked in today and everybody in the whole place greeted me. I was kind of taken aback.

Incredibly rude staff at the drive through on 3/24. She entered our order wrong then talked over us when we tried to order what we actually wanted which ended in me paying for an additional side I didn’t want because I wanted the interaction to end. When we tried to correct her she said that’s not what we ordered when there was literally two of us in the car and agreed we said our order correctly.
