First time at this location but we are familiar with the chain from back home. We ordered our selection and attempted to use a gift card for payment. The cashier said it was not valid after a few attempts to make the transaction. We finally just used our debit and I went online to verify the amount of our unused gift card. I then spoke with a manager just so they were aware that something was amiss. As we were about to leave, the manager offered to take care of the issue which he went above and beyond what most would have. With that, we appreciate him for excellent customer service. We hope he will get recognition from his DM for this too.

Food usually pretty good here, this last visit pickup order wasn’t ready when listed and had a bit of a wait. They did keep me updated on what they were cooking that was holding up order, and due to wait time offered me a drink and snack while I waited. Really happy to see this kind of customer service which seems to have been all but lost these days.

I don’t make poor reviews ever, but this needs to be brought to someone’s attention: why the long long waits? I put in a mobile order at 12:50, and arrived at 1. I didn’t receive my food until 1:17. 27 minutes for two bowls & one plate. I completely understand being busy, but no one seemed to want to give me my food. It was sitting behind the counter for a solid 7 minutes before they bagged it up for me. I really hope this place changes for the better at some point.

I had several unpleasant experiences until recently. The food was dry and tasted like it had been frozen and then microwaved. My last two experiences have been amazing! Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned well. I’m not sure what changed, but it’s definitely working! Several young people are always working when I visit. They are friendly and always working hard❤️

Unfortunately they got our order very wrong I asked for 3 bowls 2 with rice and one with noodles and 3 egg rolls I got 1 rice and two noodles and 1 egg roll we were the first car that morning( 10:30 am) and we waited for 20+ min to get our food and that was okay because the grill was not warmed up yet so we chilled out for a while but the order was really wrong for us to have waited that long

Out of orange chicken, out of sesame chicken and another item. We were there @ 8:09 pm. Sure they close at 9 but why stay open till 9 if you don’t get enough food to last till 9. This place must have a pretty poor management team because they run out of stuff all the time. We didn’t eat there. May never go back.
