The literal point of ordering from the app is to be fast and be able pick it up when you get there. But it took 30 minutes extra in a barely busy environment. And the guy behind the counter tried to get an attitude with me as I was speaking nicely. I mean if they can’t handle the small amount of people in there then they honestly shouldn’t be in business if I’m being honest. The panda express in Marietta is great tho..so shout out to them!

Upon arrival no customers were at the location. I ordered my food but they were out of one of the items so they said it would be 4 minutes. They then get busy and I was told to go to the back of the line. I asked for a manager which they never sent. I watched for food safety the entire time I was there and only the manager washed their hands in that time. Some of the staff would put new gloves on but no hand washing was taking place. I had to call the store in order to get manager to my seat. She refunded the cost of my meal after explaining all I have explained above. She laughed at the fact the employees weren’t waking their hands. Once she returned to behind the counter, she didn’t make any employees wash their hands. People WILL BE GETTING SICK. This location needs to be closed down until they learn what is required by the health department.

The servers are quick & professional. One of the servers made a mistake on my order & quickly apologized & corrected it…very friendly. Food is always fresh. Older middle aged gentleman, perhaps a manager, could be more friendly & less impatient. I requested 2 regular size cups for water & there was an attitude. I received 2 kid cups & was informed that I would have to pay regular price (as if I was purchasing a drink) if I wanted regular size cups for water after spending $35 on food. We are all counting cost understandably, but that needs to be revisited if in fact this is Panda Expresses policy. The attitude is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I went to Panda Express in Dunwoody many times. Each time there is always an employee that is rude. I went on Friday and did a Togo order throwing the line. I ordered egg rolls and when I looked at them, they were burnt. They were hard crust that was dark brown and black. I asked for different ones and I was told they were all that way always. I responded saying that they are not because I have been here a lot and they are not burnt like this. The two employees proceeded to argue with me and then finally said we will fix new ones. The issue came when the two employees were looking at each other smiling and making fun of me as I stood in front of them. I asked to see a manger and was told they didn’t have one. Of course I responded and asked are you telling me that there is not a manager at this restaurant at all. I was told that is correct. I questioned more and I was then told that the manager’s name is Rosa and she was not there. The two employees refused to give me their names. I ended up leaving the restaurant without purchasing my order that was over $75. I have tried several times to call the restaurant and each time trough out the day I am told that the manager is not there. I was happy that Panda Express opened in Dunwoody. However, the whole restaurant needs to have a house cleaning and more training in customer service. This location has to be the rudest group of people I have ever encountered. Beware of this location. I will never go here again. The time before this time that I went, there was a long black hair in the middle of the orange chicken. Of course things happen but I should have followed my gut and never have gone back to this restaurant. I contacted customer relations and nothing was done. Panda Express did not care and they didn’t even say “I sorry for your experience. Be warned and beware of Panda Express Dunwoody. The restaurant is the worse!

I ordered a family meal and 3 of the boxes were only filled half of the way. This order was within an hour of them opening. I arrived 20 minutes or so after placing my order and they hadn’t started packing it yet (the restaurant had 2 customers in it). I would’ve waited longer for a new batch to be cooked had i known. Make sure you check your pick up orders before leaving.

Today I went to get dinner at this location. While at the cash register my egg roll fell out the bag onto the counter, the cashier picked the egg roll up and place it back into the bag , as if I didn’t see it. I requested another egg roll and proceeded to pay for my food. I walked out the restaurant and returned to my car but went back in for eating utensils.. and I notice the cashier place the same egg roll that fell on the counter back on the hot bar instead of discarding it…. Disgusting!!
