I ordered bowl with rice, chowmin and kung paw chicken. There was a big waiting. There was only one lady who was taking orders. It took 3 to 4 minutes to do that. The lady was writing what the customer asked for on the bowl with a pen. The chicken was almost finished. So chef took time to cook that. The cashier said she cannot give five bucks change as she does not have enough small bills in the drawer. So i have to pay with a card. This took 20 minutes for a simple task. This is a busy place and the owner must invest in good pos like ORO POS that automates kitchen and manual order taking.

This Panda Express makes me confident of one thing: if you are a living, breathing human being, you are capable of having a job. The staff of this Panda Express were so dysfunctional in managing my order (among others), they shattered the floor of expectations of an airport dining employee.

The Staff looks absolutely miserable to be working. Speaks so low when they ask for your order and gets so pissed when you can’t hear them. The chowmein looks like it was sitting for a good while and I’m sure they give bigger portions for prison meals. Over priced airport food, I’d it give it a 2 out of 10 at best.
