Ordered a big plate of orange chicken and chow main. Came home and opened the plate to see chow mein with no noodles, just vegetable. Called the store to notify that this was the second time that happened. A male employee picked up the call. I went onto notify him what happened, how there was no noodle and how it was the second time. He did not say a single thing, pretending the call was disconnected. Terrible experience. Should never go here.

I came here a few times and there food isn’t fresh. The food looked old and when I asked for fresh food they said the old food have to be gone first. The servers was RUDE and when I asked for extra food I had to go back and forth about the extra food I wanted. Not ONLY WAS THE FOOD NOT NOT FRESH BUT YOU HAVE THE MERVE TO BE STINGY WITH FOOD. They don’t put enough food on your plate to have a attitude. It should be two scoops of meat. We are adults not kids you feeding. I wouldn’t go here THEIR SERVICE SUCK AND THEIR FOOD ISNT FRESH.

There are more hot and spicy selections than any Chinese restaurant I have ever been in. Poor quality meats with grizzle in the beef but usually they don’t give enough meat in the portion to notice. I have ordered many times since covid instead of eating in and the service in online orders has you waiting for one thing on your order while the rest sits and gets cold waiting for one item. Substandard imitation Chinese food with long waits.

So I got Angus beef, honey chicken I think it’s called you know the big thing that everybody says is so great. And some rice and a drink. There was about a tablespoon of beef in the angusis beef. The chicken dish which is not traditionally been spicy had visible pepper flakes in it and was hotter than four hells. I don’t know if it’s just this location. But restaurants franchises etc are supposed to have standards of how things taste.
