Our family ordered through the drive thru and while it was dinner time they weren’t as slow as I expected but my a la cart item was missed during the ordering. When I went back inside I explained the situation and was helped as fast as they were able too (again it way dinner time) and she was happy to help and Jasmine made it easier.

This is third time being disappointed with them. Ah the food is getting worst and worst. Although it looks delicious and has a pleasing feel to it but once you put in on your mouth it’s totally different. Before it was tha noodles that made my whole stick by the time I reached home thinking from where is this weird smell coming from, turns out it was the noodles and now it’s my teriyaki chicken, it first few bites its tasty I was enjoying but after some bites it started to taste weird I counldnt tell if it was the chicken or noodle but it was definitely the chicken started tasting like new paper the texture of it was just like news paper texture in my mouth it is really hard for me to discribe it in words but as I put it in my mouth, it reminded. Me of newspaper.

Beef with broccoli literally had three small pieces of beef; nothing else but broccoli. Chow mein was nothing but dried up noodles with NOTHING in them. Good grief. Y’all can do better. I can do better with some ramen noodles at home. Put some vegetables in your food. Put some beef in your “Beef with broccoli.” I have been to Panda Express before and have never been disappointed until today.

While the food was as good as Panda Express always is, portions were skimpy and the new shrimp was extremely ‘fishy’ tasting. Our big issue was how filthy the restaurant was. There were 5 or 6 employees loitering around behind the counter. Tables were all dirty, both trash cans were overloaded so full that we couldn’t fit our trash inside, and the woman’s bathroom was trashed. Trash and toilet paper all over the floor. The soap dispenser was off the wall laying sideways on the sink with soap oozing everywhere. Before we left, it looked like the manager was leaving with his paperwork, leaving the employees standing around and the dining area a mess.

I ordered 2 proteins and 2 sides. They were sold out of the beef and broccoli which was understood because it was later in the evening so they doubled my orange chicken which was the best part of the meal. I only received noodles and didn’t get my rice. Noodles were very dried out and not as enjoyable. The staff was polite and I got my food quickly.

Had to wait 10mins for both the squirrel to cook and for the super greens haha. Food was a joke more fat then anything. Upcharge for some nasty shrimp place is a joke. Can’t go inside to fix the order just clowns!
