I just ordered Kung Pao bowl from this location, and when I opened the box I literally found 4 small pieces of chicken and bunch of veggies. I like this location because they have drive through option, but very frustrated with the service. Seriously, you are charging $7.60 for a meal and just 3-4 pieces of chicken. I don’t have time to go back to their and show them.

I received teriyaki chicken and then received no teriyaki sauce. I also don’t mind paying a little more for the premium options, but customers should be given the appropriate amount. This is not almost $15 worth of food. Not pictured an egg roll!

First time eating at Panda Express. As we entered the restaurant, I noticed the eating area was pretty dirty. Considering the amount of traffic I saw, I figured they’d keep that area clean. I understand how the busy time might require more labor but that could set your place apart. Either way we cleaned our table and ordered rice with string bean chicken and orange chicken. Our waiter Gage was absolutely amazing. Very vocal and knowledgeable of the menu and it’s contents. Food was good. Bathrooms were clean. Please keep the dining area clean! Gage stopped this from being a 3 ⭐️. #Emerald

I need to stop coming to this location. Every time I come to this specific location, something with my food is always wrong – burned chow mein, veggies slimy (probably gone bad but used anyway), no sauce given with teriyaki chicken…). Do yourself a favor and go to the other locations on Robert C. Daniel Parkway or Ft Gordon.

What happened! This use to be a decent place go grab a quick meal on the go; but not anymore!! My last 3 orders online have been a complete nightmare; Here we are 3x in a row now (all spaced out within last 5 months! Had to wait close to 30 mins at restaurant!
