Visited on a Saturday and it was quite busy! Food was hot, delicious & plentiful and the staff, albeit tired I’m sure, were still very friendly & helpful (this was my first time there)! To top it off, the restaurant was quite clean & well stocked (napkins, condiments, straws,, etc) in spite of the crowd! Just a great experience all-around! Only regret is they don’t have sweet & sour chicken!

Part of the in store dinning was closed respectfully. It was a wait on the inside so ordering online would be best. We ordered fried rice, orange chicken and Beijing Beef. The rice was good, orange chicken was decent, Beijing Beef was too burnt and hard. Today wasn’t the best but the food looks great.

We always enjoy Panda Express but the one in Midtown was especially good. Not only was the food fresh and delicious the staff was awesome. A wonderful young man named Jamari helped us. He was funny, nice and fast and when the drink machinw ran out he fixed it roght away and then came out to our table to ket us know. I also saw him check on several other customers as they were eating.

I have been coming to this place for over a year without complaining. Today the black pepper chicken was lite on chicken. I was served bits of chicken and the server said to her co worker, “she shouldn’t mind”. Not knowing what the server was talking about I didn’t have anything to say. I paid for a bowl of mostly rice. I called the store and asked for the manager. The female that answered the phone claim to be the manager. I explained how I am not satisfied with my purchase. I was told,”Panda cut back on the meat in a meal.” What? No customer service. Wow. I want my money back now. The meal could have been replaced. I’m eating Mc Donald’s now. I feel deceived, when did the portions change.

After going to lunch at another Panda express with a friend I realized that this location was really horrible. The food was so much better in the McDonough location. It will be worth the extra time to wait if you are traveling north to keep going to McDonough.

So my fiance went to get panda. And spicy food makes me sick. And they mistakingly put spicy in my plate and all they did was scrape it out. Didn’t even get a new plate. And there was spicy mixed when my non spicy and I couldn’t even enjoy my dang plate. Please next time when someone asks for a new plate you give it to them like dang. If I would have reviewed this location when I first experienced this location last year I would have given them the lowest score possible. The employees were extremely rude and it was an act of Congress to get them to prepare me some fresh food. However after a loooonnnng hiatus from this franchise I recently decided to give them one more chane and was pleasantly surprised! the service was good the employees actually seemed happy and I had no problem getting freshly cooked food…cause i dont eat old food period. Yall those superfood greens are the truth and my new favorite goto food. If you haven’t tried it be sure to get some the next time you visit a Panda Express.
