I ordered a plate with steak/broccoli and mushroom chicken. They barely gave me any steak, I think I had 3 small little pieces, just a bunch of broccoli and I had two mushrooms with my MUSHROOM chicken. It lóoked like they were probably low on items so they gave me the scrappiest of scraps. I will not visit this location again when I visit Savannah. Rule of thumb should be serve customers what you would want to be served. It’s ridiculous what the customer service standards are these days. I was highly disappointed when I got back to the hotel. If it weren’t for traffic, I would have taken it back.

I came through the drive-through on mall blvd in savannah to place an order trying to get understanding on the previous visit I only got three shrimp on a shrimp and steak order. Employee raised her voice over the mic to tell me its portioned out like that I said ok cool I ordered steak and shrimp again and only got one shrimp this time when I opened the box ,bad customer service bad experience employees take it out on the customers if they asked the wrong question they didn’t like won’t be visiting this place again If short on shrimp take it off the menu and that employee needs to be disciplined how to talk to someone

Place order at window 12:52pm. The cashier said I had to wait 5 minutes and the food would be brought out to me. I was asked to pull around until the orange chicken was ready. I waited until 1:05pm on this hotttt day in Savannah GA before going into the restaurant to pick up my meal. I had to stand in line and then I was given my 2 plates of fodd. My only complaint would be if you are asked to be pulled around and wait on your food. The staff should not forget about you.

What’s the point of ordering online if your food isn’t ready until 15 min after it’s supposed to be. That didnt start until I got there. AND the cashier was so loud. Like one of those people who dont realize the volume at which they speak. It’s like hes yelling all the time. The manager thought, yeah, let’s let this guy yell at people. I said I’m picking up an online order, and twice, he yelled “ARE YOU UBER?!?!”. I was not. But I was the only person in line.
