I’m not sure who this new Asian shift manager is, but he put like 3 bites of chicken in the kids’ meal and a tiny portion of noodles and then told me that’s all my daughter should get when she’s the entire reason I come here. I come here every Tuesday and I always order her the same thing. I know exactly what I normally get, and this wasn’t enough food to feed an 8 year old girl. I like the manager who wears the blue shirt. I’m pretty sure he’s the store manager. But this black shirt shift manager sat and argued that he refused to give her enough food to even fill the portion of the kids’ meal box. I told him I come here every Tuesday. He sat and yelled at me in front of the entire store, and my daughter, arguing that my 8 year old daughter couldn’t have 2 more pieces of chicken. Are you serious?

First time trying Panda Express and the food was exactly what I expected. I had the Orange Chicken which was not too spicy, with the broccoli and cabbage (i think). Nothing to complain as the food was good.

My husband and I came in just after lunch time. My husband’s order was done and we waited for 20 minutes for my food. When we both got our food my husband’s food was cold because it sat at the counter for the 20 minutes. The manager then combined the leftover food cold food that had been sitting at the counter with the newly cooked food to serve. We were finally given both our food My noodles were half cooked. We were not informed that it would take 20 minutes order. There is nothing express about this Panda Location. I have been to several of these franchises and have never seen such poor customer service and quality of food.This is very frustrating, as we would not have waited if had not already paid.

First time trying this. The portions are nice i love leftovers so thats cool, the best part was the streamed broccoli (the beef in there was…interesting won’t get that again because of the beef couldnt get past 3 chews) but the workers were not very friendly and welcoming, the chow mein was dull and plain but the orange chicken was very flavorful and yummy just way small! and mostly batter and sauce but it was pretty good!

Chicken gushed liquid every bite. The rice tasted old. I came a few hours before closing but expected fresh. Also, there was a young female cashier that was not friendly. She practically threw the bag at me at checkout.. though I was friendly! Also, caught her making faces to other staff in regards to other customers in line. I’m a nice person but if I come in again and get attitude, it will be given right back.

I’m not exaggerating at all when I say the food was TERRIBLE. My kung pao tasted like the gunk that collects on a grill from not cleaning it and was burnt – I almost puked after eating. Egg roll was ice cold. Orange chicken was ok but tasted soggy and undercooked. Do yourself a favor and go to China Cafe down the street.

Order take out, the white rice was hard, order chicken and mushrooms which came with 2 pieces of chicken and lots of vegetables so don’t know what happened there I guess when it comes to take out they don’t care what they give you.. I should of checked my plate before I left, if there a next time, i will check.

Love Panda Express but this particular one I ran into several issues. Every Panda Express I’ve been to in the pass let’s you sample the dish to see if you actually like it….not this one. Wife was denied a sample. Strike 1. Then the portions that were given were smaller than usually. It didn’t even fill up the styrofoam containers.. strike 2. Then on top of it all the one selection we wanted wasn’t even ready for about 10 minutes so we were forced to wait. The gal stated she would bring it out to us but I had to hunt the food down myself. Strike 3. I’ll have to think about coming back to this particular location again.
